Carroll’s top eight of Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Penn State, Ohio State, Tennessee, and Mississippi State was SEC heavy. He’s now trimmed Mississippi State, Tennessee, Alabama and Penn State from the list. He added the South Carolina Gamecocks to the mix as well.

Morris was originally going to commit the 17th, but he’s decided to change that date. Here’s his top schools, with the addition of Clemson:

Morris is considering Clemson and six SEC schools: Florida, South Carolina, Auburn, LSU, Florida, and Alabama. New UGA offensive line coach Matt Luke will likely be leading the way in recruiting the four-star. Georgia is currently projected to land Morris.

The fact that Morris recently changed his commitment date following the departure of Sam Pittman is not a good sign for the Dawgs. Matt Luke can hold his own in recruiting talented offensive tackles.
