2021 Go Bowling at The Glen NASCAR odds, picks and prediction

Looking at the odds for Sunday’s 2021 Go Bowling at The Glen, with NASCAR odds, picks and predictions.

The NASCAR Cup Series returns to Watkins Glen International for the Go Bowling at The Glen Sunday. The green flag is set to drop at approximately 3:05 p.m. ET. Below we analyze the 2021 Go Bowling at The Glen odds and lines, with NASCAR picks and predictions.

Hendrick Motorsports’ Chase Elliott won each of the past two runs at Watkins Glen in 2018 and 2019. Last season’s race was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2021 Go Bowling at The Glen: What you need to know

  • Elliott started and won from the pole in 2019, becoming the first driver since Kyle Busch in the 2008 Centurion Boats at The Glen race to start first and finish first.
  • Chevrolet won checkered flags in three of the past six Cup Series races at the track, and 16 of the past 24 starts at the New York state road course, including Elliott’s last two victories.
  • Penske Racing’s Joey Logano won the 2015 Cheez-It 355 at The Glen starting from the 16th position. That was the lowest starting position of any winner since Steve Park won from the 18th starting spot in 2000.
  • Busch and Elliott are the only two active drivers with at least two checkered flags in the Cup Series at Watkins Glen. Martin Truex Jr., Kevin Harvick, Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano also have a Cup Series victory at the track.

Odds courtesy of Tipico Sportsbook; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 10 a.m. ET.

ELLIOTT (+185) is the chalk for Sunday’s race, as he has victories in each of the past two installments. He has four career Cup Series starts at the track, and he has never finished lower than 13th. He also has ticked off 141 laps led in his career with a 7.0 Average-Finish Position (AFP).

ERIK JONES (+10000) has never won at this track, but he has come very close. In three career Cup starts he has finished fourth, fifth and 10th, which is good for a 6.33 AFP, best among all active drivers with at least three starts at Watkins Glen.

Even though Chevrolet has been the dominant manufacturer in recent seasons, KYLE BUSCH (+750) cannot be overlooked. He has the two wins, six top-5 finishes and 12 top-10 showings in 15 Cup starts while leading all active drivers with 247 laps led. His 9.5 AFP is also best among all Cup drivers with at least five starts at the track.

Long-shot bets for the 2021 Go Bowling at The Glen

If you’re looking to invest in a big-time long-shot, look no further than DANIEL SUAREZ (+7000). He has been a quick learner at The Glen, registering finishes of third, fourth and 17th in his three Cup Series starts while leading 14 laps.

He has also started 14.7 on average, but improved to an 8.0 AFP. He might not be a great play for the outright win, but he is still a value play as a TOP 10 FINISHER (+330).

Veteran RYAN NEWMAN (+30000) is also worth a roll of the dice at the road course. His 18 Cup starts here are second-most among all active drivers behind Harvick (19). He has a runner-up finish, three top-10s and 11 top-20 showings while posting an 18.3 AFP.

2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301: What you need to know

  • In the past nine Loudon Cup races, Ford has won the past three, Toyota has five wins and Chevrolet claimed one checkered flag.

Kyle Busch Top-3 Finish (+155)

Play KYLE BUSCH (+155) TOP-3 FINISH. Busch has dominated over the years at NHMS, leading all drivers with 1,128 laps led in his 29 career Cup Series starts. He has finished fifth or higher in 11 of those 29 outings, winning three times.

KYLE BUSCH (-115) TOP-5 FINISH is also a solid play.

Joey Logano Top-5 Finish (+140)

New Hampshire Motor Speedway is unofficially Logano’s home track as he hails from nearby Connecticut. It will always hold a special place in his heart as he picked up his first Cup Series win June 28, 2009 when he was just 19 years old.

He has managed two wins, seven top-5 finishes and 12 top-10 runs with a 14.7 Average-Finish Position (AFP).

Playing LOGANO TOP-5 FINISH (+140) is a nice value.

Cole Custer Top-10 Finish (+550)

It’s a roll of the dice, but the Stewart-Haas Racing driver posted an eighth-place finish in his first Cup Series start at Loudon last season.

Playing CUSTER TOP-10 FINISH (+550) for a chance to multiply your initial wager by 5.5 times is a nice play.

2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301 head-to-head/matchup plays

KYLE BUSCH (-105) over Kyle Larson (-115)

Playing against Larson a couple of weeks ago would have seemed ludicrous. He has cooled off a bit, while Kyle Busch has started to heat up.

Busch has dominated at this track with the most active laps of any driver in the field.

JOEY LOGANO (+100) over Chase Elliott (-120)

Logano, as mentioned above, has had tremendous results at NHMS, including two victories. Elliott has actually struggled a bit in Loudon, going for just one top-5 and two top-10 finishes in seven career Cup starts with a 16.0 AFP. He has led just 33 laps in his career at the track, too.

Elliott doesn’t have a tough time at most tracks, but New Hampshire isn’t his bag.

2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301 NASCAR odds, picks and prediction

Looking at the odds for Sunday’s 2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301, with NASCAR odds, picks and predictions.

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the Foxwood Resort Casino 301 Sunday for a green flag at approximately 3:05 p.m. ET. Below we analyze the 2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301 odds and lines, with NASCAR picks and predictions based on the odds from BetMGM Sportsbook.

Penske Racing’s Brad Keselowski posted the win last season on August 2, 2020, giving Ford its third consecutive win at the New England flat track.

2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301: What you need to know

  • Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin leads all active drivers with a 9.59 Average-Finish Position (AFP) with a minimum of two Cup Series starts at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. He has three victories with 11 finishes inside the Top 5 in 27 career starts there.
  • Stewart-Haas Racing driver Kevin Harvick leads all active drivers with four career wins at the track, one of four drivers with at least three victories. Hamlin, Kyle Busch and Ryan Newman also have three wins at NHMS.
  • Kyle Busch leads all drivers with 1,128 laps led at the track. He has 11 finishes inside the Top 5, and 16 runs inside the Top 10, in 29 Cup starts there.
  • Stewart-Haas Racing’s Cole Custer made his New Hampshire Cup debut last season, finishing in eighth place after starting 14th.

Who is going to win the 2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301?

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list.

Lines last updated at 7:50 a.m. ET.

MARTIN TRUEX JR. (+500) is the chalk for Sunday’s race despite the fact he has never won at New Hampshire. His results are still pretty strong as he has picked up seven top-5 runs, 13 top-10 finishes and 744 laps led in 27 Cup starts with an 11.96 AFP.

Penske’s JOEY LOGANO (+1000), who hails from nearby Connecticut, won his first-career NASCAR Cup Series victory at New Hampshire back on June 28, 2009. In fact, he was the youngest driver to win a Cup Series race at 19 years, 1 month, and 4 days old. He has two career wins at the track, posting a solid 14.7 AFP.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

Despite Ford’s dominance at the track in recent years, KYLE BUSCH (+600) is a good play in this race. His mastery is unmatched at NHMS, leading all drivers in laps led, and he has a tremendous 13.5 AFP with 16 of his 29 career Cup starts inside the Top 10. He rarely has a poor finish at this track.

Long-shot bets for the 2021 Foxwood Resort Casino 301?

Thinking a little outside the box, don’t forget about COLE CUSTER (+20000). He had the outstanding eighth-place run last August in his Cup Series debut at the track.

In addition, RYAN NEWMAN (+20000) has posted three career victories in Loudon, and while his best days are behind him, and Roush Fenway Racing hasn’t exactly been one of the top teams in recent years, he is worth a roll of the dice. Even a $1 flier on Newman would return $200 if he picked up a shocking win.

TYLER REDDICK (+6600) also made his first NMHS Cup Series run last season and finished 10th. He is worth a small-unit wager to win, too.

2021 Quaker State 400 long-shot odds, picks and prediction

Looking at the odds for Sunday’s 2021 Quaker State 400, with NASCAR odds, picks and predictions.

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to the Atlanta Motor Speedway for the  Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart Sunday for a green flag at approximately 3:35 p.m. ET. Below we analyze the 2021 Quaker State 400 odds and lines, with NASCAR picks and predictions based on the odds from BetMGM Sportsbook.

Penske Racing’s Ryan Blaney is the defending champ from the March 21 Cup race, the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500. It was Ford’s fifth straight checkered flag at the historic track.

2021 Quaker State 400: What you need to know

  • Chip Ganassi Racing driver Kurt Busch, in his 20th full season in the NASCAR Cup Series, has had a lot of success at this track. He has 30 career starts, picking up three wins, seven top-5 runs, 15 top-10 showings and 22 finishes of 20th or better while leading the pack for 804 laps.
  • Busch’s laps led is second-best to Stewart-Haas Racing driver Kevin Harvick, who has led 1,348 laps in his career in Atlanta.
  • Both Busch and Harvick lead all active drivers with three Cup wins in Atlanta, and they’re just two of four drivers in the field with multiple victories in Hampton. Kurt’s brother, Kyle Busch, and Penske driver Brad Keselowski have two wins apiece.

Odds courtesy of BetMGM; access USA TODAY Sports’ betting odds for a full list. Lines last updated at 8:30 a.m. ET.

KYLE LARSON (+225) is the chalk for Sunday’s race, and he is an overwhelming favorite. There is very little money to be made there. Let’s think outside the box a little, and play some drivers with longer odds for a much larger payday.

As mentioned above, KURT BUSCH (+3300) has won at Atlanta three times during his Cup career, and he knows this track just about as well as anyone. The driver of the No. 1 Ganassi Chevy has seven top-5 runs in his 30 career Cup starts while leading 804 laps. He has four DNFs, which is also tied for the most of all active drivers.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

ARIC ALMIROLA (+10000) has ridiculously long odds for a driver of his caliber, too. While this season hasn’t exactly gone according to plan for “The Cuban Missile”, he has two top-10 showings and 36 laps led in 11 career Cup starts in Atlanta while posting a 17.55 AFP.

He’s not a strong contender to pick up the checkered flag, but even just a $1 wager earns a $100 profit if he can somehow find a win.

2021 Quaker State 400 NASCAR props and matchups

The Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart runs Sunday at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The green flag will drop at approximately 3:35 p.m. ET. Below, we analyze the 2021 Quaker State 400 odds and lines, with NASCAR picks and predictions based on the odds from BetMGM Sportsbook.

The NASCAR Cup Series returns to Atlanta Motor Speedway for the second time this season. Penske Racing driver Ryan Blaney picked up the victory March 21, in a race that featured just 11 lead changes.

2021 Quaker State 400: What you need to know

  • Kyle Busch won Saturday’s Credit Karma Money 250 at Atlanta Motor Speedway in what is reportedly his final Xfinity Series start, as he gained a little prerace knowledge ahead of Sunday’s Cup run.
  • Ford has five straight victories at the track. Penske Racing’s Joey Logano starts 10th Sunday and is the highest Ford in the starting grid, followed by Chase Briscoe in 11th and Matt DiBenedetto in 12th.
  • Chip Ganassi Racing driver Kurt Busch and Stewart-Haas Racing driver Kevin Harvick are tied for most Cup wins in Atlanta among active drivers with three, and are two of just four drivers with multiple wins in the field.
  • The past three winners started ninth or lower, and the winner started ninth or worse in seven of the past nine Cup races in Atlanta.

Positional bets for 2021 Quaker State 400

Chase Elliott Top-3 Finish (+200)

Elliott is an absolute slam-dunk play for a finish of third or better on his home track. Yes, there is some added internal pressure, and he has not yet won in six career Cup starts in Atlanta, but ELLIOTT (+200) TOP 3 FINISH is a great value for a chance to double up. Even ELLIOTT (+110) TOP 5 FINISH is plus-money, and worth a spin.

Kurt Busch Top-5 Finish  (+350)

The elder Busch brother has three-career victories at the venerable Georgia track, so a chance to more than triple up with a top-5 finish is a very attractive play.

Busch started 11th in the race in March, and ended up leading one lap while finishing fourth in the first stage. However, he was escorted into the wall at the start of Stage 2 by Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin, ending his day in disappointment at 39th. It won’t happen again.

Play KURT BUSCH TOP 5 FINISH (+350) for a chance to earn three and a half times your potential return, and even KURT BUSCH TOP 10 FINISH (-110) is a value play near even money.

Brad Keselowski Top-5 Finish (+170)

It seems like a lot of people are not talking about him, but Penske Racing driver Brad Keselowski is one of the four active drivers in the field with at least two checkered flags in his Cup career in Atlanta.

BRAD KESELOWSKI TOP 5 FINISH (+170) is a very strong value.

2021 Quaker State 400 head-to-head/matchup plays

KEVIN HARVICK (-120) over Martin Truex Jr. (+100)

Harvick is tied with Kurt Busch with three Cup wins in Atlanta. MTJ has never won at the historic track while turning in just five runs in the Top 5 with 351 laps led and four DNFs in his 23 career Cup starts. Truex also has a rather marginal 15.96 Average-Finish Position (AFP).

RYAN BLANEY (+105) over William Byron (-125)

Penske’s Blaney is the defending champ, taking checkers back in late March in the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at AMS. While that’s all well and good, and a reason to back Blaney in and of itself, it’s Byron’s struggles at the track which drive this play.

Byron has made four career Cup starts here and finished inside the Top 10 on just one occasion. He has led just two laps while posting a very mediocre 19.00 AFP.

Penske Racing’s Ryan Blaney picked up the victory in the Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 in March in the first stop in Atlanta. Ford has been the dominant manufacturer in Atlanta, picking up the checkered flag in five consecutive Cup races.

2021 Quaker State 400: What you need to know

  • Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott, native of nearby Dawsonville, Ga., is on the pole. He hasn’t fared terribly well on what is his home track, going for no wins or top-5 finishes in his past four Cup starts in Atlanta with an Average-Finish Position (AFP) of 18.75.
  • Hendrick Motorsports driver Kyle Larson has burned up the track in Atlanta in his seven-career Cup starts. He hasn’t won, but he has two top-5 runs, four top-10 showings and a 12.14 AFP while leading 418 laps. He will go off sixth Sunday.
  • Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch has managed two wins with seven top-5 showings and 10 top-10 runs in 23 career Cup starts while turning in a 13.5 AFP. He starts on the outside of Row 1 Sunday.
  • Kurt Busch and Kevin Harvick have the most active wins in the Cup Series at Atlanta, taking the checkered flag three times each.

KYLE LARSON (+225) is the chalk for Sunday’s race, and it isn’t even close. KYLE BUSCH (+750) has the next best odds, making Larson the overwhelming favorite. While he very much could win, where’s the value there?

I’d much rather play Busch or CHASE ELLIOTT (+800) for a much better payday. Sooner or later Larson has to cool off.

The defending champ RYAN BLANEY (+1000) is a pretty strong play, too. He just won on the track in late March, and he has two top-5 finishes with 68 laps led and a tremendous 13.67 AFP in his six career Cup runs. That’s third-best among all active drivers.

Play our new free daily Pick’em Challenge and win! Play now!

KEVIN HARVICK (+900) has some rather long odds based on his history at the track, and he shouldn’t be forgotten about. He also leads all drivers with 1,348 laps led in his 31 career Cup starts.

The next closest driver is Kurt Busch with 804 laps led. That experience has to count for something, even though Harvick’s season hasn’t exactly gone according to plan.

The NASCAR Cup Series incorporated the road course in Elkhart Lake, Wis., into the Cup schedule this season, and this will be the inaugural race.

2021 Jockey Made In America 250: What you need to know

  • Austin Cindric won Saturday’s Henry 180 NASCAR Xfinity Series race on the 4.048-mile road course, and he is one to watch Sunday as a sleeper. Cindric was also third in practice at 108.525 mph Saturday.
  • Kurt Busch led all drivers with a 108.875 mph best speed in Saturday’s Cup Series practice session. His brother, Kyle Busch, was second at 108.658 mph.
  • Penske Racing’s Ryan Blaney posted a best speed of 108.499 mph to check-in fourth in practice. He has one Xfinity Series start under his belt at this track, finishing second in the 2015 season.
  • Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott has six wins in 11 road course starts since the start of the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series season.

Positional bets for 2021 Jockey Made in America 250

Chase Elliott Top-3 Finish (-125)

Yes, it will cost you $5 for every $4 in potential winnings, but it’s a rock-solid bet. Elliott is a stud on the road courses, and a small-unit wager for ELLIOTT (+300) AS RACE WINNER is also a good play.

Austin Cindric Top-5 Finish  (+275)

Cindric’s name doesn’t come up very often during the regular runs, although that will change in 2022 when he has a full-time ride in the NASCAR Cup Series.

He is a road course specialist, winning on this track Saturday, as well as last season on the Xfinity Series. Cindric has also ticked off wins at Watkins Glen, the Daytona Road Course and the Mid-Ohio Road Course. He is a name to remember Sunday, so play CINDRIC TOP 5 FINISH (+275) for a chance to nearly triple up.

Kurt Busch Top-5 Finish (+325)

Busch showed he has plenty of speed, burning up the track Saturday with a 108.875 mph best speed to lead all drivers in practice. KURT BUSCH TOP 5 FINISH (+325) is super intriguing, as he has been solid on the road courses in his career, and he looks to be dialed in on this track.

2021 Jockey Made In America 250 head-to-head/matchup plays

CHASE ELLIOTT (-120) over Kyle Larson (+100)

Larson has been red-hot, obviously, but Elliott is the gold standard when it comes to road courses. He just doesn’t waver, winning six of the past 11 road course stops on the NASCAR Cup Series circuit. Elliott has two Xfinity Series starts at this track in his career, finishing fourth both times while leading 23 laps.

A.J. ALLMENDINGER (-150) over Kevin Harvick (+125)

Is this some sort of a strange, parallel universe? Well, no. Allmendinger will be behind the wheel of the No. 16 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet this weekend, and he is a road-course ringer.

He might not fare terribly well on the tri-ovals, and that’s a major reason he no longer has a regular ride with the big boys, but he is an excellent road-course wheelman. He won at this track for Penske Racing in the 2013 Nationwide Series.

ALEX BOWMAN (+105) over William Byron (-125)

Bowman has a pretty good history on the road courses at the NASCAR Cup Series level, posting a pair of top-5 finishes, eight top-10 finishes and five laps led in 11 starts with a 9.45 Average-Finish Position (AFP).

Byron hasn’t been nearly as good, posting an 18.73 AFP in 11 road-course runs with two DNFs.

  • Penske Racing drivers Ryan Blaney and Brad Keselowski each have one race under their belts on the Xfinity Series circuit at Road America. Blaney had a runner-up finish in his only appearance in 2015, while Keselowski finished fourth in his lone showing in 2010.
  • Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott has raced at this track twice in the Xfinity circuit, finishing in fourth place both times for JR Motorsports back in 2014 and 2015.
  • Since the start of the 2018 NASCAR Cup Series season, Elliott leads all drivers with a 6.9 average-finish position (AFP) on road courses, including six wins in 11 starts. Hendrick’s Martin Truex Jr. is second with two wins and six top-five finishes in 11 starts while posting a 7.9 AFP.
  • Hendrick’s Alex Bowman hasn’t won on a road course on the Cup Series as of yet, but in 11 starts since Feb. 2018 he has a healthy 9.45 AFP while turning in seven finishes in the Top 10.
  • Veteran Kurt Busch led everyone with a best speed of 108.875 mph during the first practice session Saturday, followed by brother Kyle Busch at 108.658 mph.
  • Austin Cindric surprised with a 108.525 mph speed, third among all drivers in Saturday’s practice. He has four Xfinity starts under his belt at Road America, including a win Aug. 8, 2020 in a Penske Ford.

Who is going to win the 2021 Jockey Made In America 250?

KYLE LARSON (+300) and CHASE ELLIOTT (+300) are the chalk this weekend, and you could make an easy argument for either to win the inaugural Cup Series race at Road America.

However, if you’re trying to decide between the two, Elliott has proven to be the better road course racer, and he would be a much better pick with very little risk.

JGR’s KYLE BUSCH (+850) isn’t a bad pick, either. He is brimming with confidence after a win last weekend during the doubleheader at Pocono, and he was second in practice Saturday.

Don’t sleep on AUSTIN CINDRIC (+2000). He is well worth a small-unit play based on his practice speeds Saturday, and his four-race history on the Xfinity Series, including a win last August at this track for Penske Racing.

KURT BUSCH (+2500) has always been a good road course racer, and he showed he has the goods with blistering average speeds to lead all drivers in practice Saturday. While he has zero wins on road courses in the Cup Series since Feb. 2018, he has a respectable 10.73 AFP with seven finishes of 10th or better.

A.J. ALLMENDINGER (+2000) doesn’t have terribly long odds, but he could still give you a nice payday if the road-course ringer comes through for Kaulig Racing in the No. 16 Chevrolet.

He turned in a best speed of 108.238 mph in Saturday’s practice session, and he has a 14.40 AFP in five road-course starts on the Cup Series since Feb. 2018.

Allmendinger has raced at this venue three times in the Xfinity Series, too, posting finishes of second, fourth and 24th. He was fourth Saturday, and he had a runner-up finish last season. Allmendinger also won at this track June 22, 2013, for Penske Racing racing in the Nationwide Series.

WATCH: NASCAR Returns To Road Course This Week, And That Should Be Good News For Chase Elliott

Why Chase Elliott is the favorite for the NASCAR Cup Series race at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.

Chase Elliott has been dominant on road courses in the NASCAR Cup Series. Last season, he won both road-course races en route to the Cup Series championship.

This year, NASCAR has increased the number of road courses, with this weekend’s Jockey Made In America 250 in Wisconsin being the fourth of seven.

As you might suspect, Elliott is at the top of the betting board for Sunday’s race at Road America in Elkhart Lake. Check BetMGM for the most updated odds.
