How Florida can score a victory against WVU in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge

The Gators hit the road to face the Mountaineers in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge. Here are three ways how they can score a win.

Florida puts its three-game winning streak on the line against No. 11 West Virginia on Saturday. The Gators will travel to Morgantown, W.Va., to take part in the Big 12/SEC Challenge, where they will look to earn their second ranked win of the season.

UF is 9-4 coming off a seven-point win over Vanderbilt in its last outing. Despite being shorthanded in recent weeks, Florida has won four of its last five, including an upset over then-No. 6 Tennessee (which helped propel it to a No. 27 NET ranking).

The Mountaineers are ranked No. 21 in the NET, and their 11-4 record may be a bit deceiving. After all, they have the second-hardest schedule in the country and haven’t lost to a team outside the NET’s top 20.

Florida is closer to full strength now for this matchup, and it will look to pull off another resume-building win. Here are three things the Gators need to do to make that happen.
