Rutgers football vs. Penn State: Prediction, point spread, odds, best bet

For the second straight week, Rutgers will head on the road Saturday to take on a ranked team, Penn State

The grind of the Big Ten season is real for Rutgers football, who go on the road on Saturday at No. 12 Penn State.

For the second straight week, Rutgers will head on the road Saturday to take on a ranked team. Penn State dropped two spots this week in the College Football Playoff rankings.

They will be looking for redemption after losing to Iowa in disappointing fashion, 22-0, last week. However, they will be facing a Penn State team that is also looking to put a disappointing loss behind them.

After their game against Michigan, Penn State fired their offensive coordinator, Mike Yurcich. In his place, Ja’Juan Seider and tight ends coach Ty Howle will try to revive a lethargic offense. Saturday represents their first opportunity to prove they can be part of the solution going forward.

While the Rutgers defense is not an easy matchup, the Scarlet Knights have struggled on the road this season. They are 1-3 away from SHI Stadium, with their only road win coming against Indiana. A win over Penn State would be one of the biggest headlines of the season.

Rutgers football vs. Iowa: Prediction, point spread, odds, best bet

After enjoying the comforts of home last week, the Scarlet Knights will head on the road for their latest conference game.

After enjoying the comforts of home last week, the Scarlet Knights will head on the road for their latest conference game. On Saturday, Rutgers will face Iowa in Iowa City for the first time in four years. The Scarlet Knights will be looking to get back in the win column after their two-game winning streak ended last week against Ohio State.

However, Rutgers will be facing an Iowa team that has been very good this year. Through nine games, the Hawkeyes have posted a 7-2 record and are ranked as the 22nd-best team in the country heading into Week 11. Against Big Ten teams, they already have four wins.

While this game should provide plenty of fireworks, it is another tough test for the Scarlet Knights. They will face a team ranked in the top 25 for the second straight week. A victory, however, would give Rutgers their largest win total in a single season in over ten years.

Rutgers football vs. Ohio State: Prediction, point spread, odds, best bet

On Saturday afternoon, Ohio State will put their undefeated record on the line when they travel to Piscataway to take on Rutgers.

On Saturday afternoon, Ohio State will put their undefeated record on the line when they travel to Piscataway to take on Rutgers. The Scarlet Knights have already reached the six-win mark, but they have a tough test in front of them in Ohio State.

The Buckeyes are the top team in the country and have scored at least 20 points in four straight games. While Rutgers hasn’t had the same amount of success, they have won their last two conference games. They are also eager to prove themselves against the best college football has to offer.

In order to pull off an upset, Rutgers will need an offensive explosion from Gavin Wimsatt and Kyl Monangai. The defense will be tasked with containing one of the best players in the country in wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. Regardless of the outcome, there should be plenty of fireworks in this game between two talented Big Ten teams.

In the first matchup between these two teams this season, Rutgers is looking to return to the win column. Last week, they suffered their first loss of the season against Michigan. The offense couldn’t get much going, as they did not score after the first quarter.

The Scarlet Knights will be tasked with beating a Wagner team coming off one of its best wins of the season. Last week the Seahawks beat Merrimack and thrilling fashion while recording 293 yards of total offense.

Saturday will also be a special day at SHI Stadium as the 2023 Rutgers Hall of Fame class, including the 1976 football team, will be recognized at halftime.

Big Ten play is officially underway, with the Scarlet Knights traveling to Michigan this weekend. This matchup will feature two undefeated teams and the return of Jim Harbaugh to the sidelines for Michigan. That should create an electric atmosphere at The Big House.

This game will be a significant test for Rutgers in a season with high expectations. The Scarlet Knights are looking to earn a bid for a bowl game, and a win against one of the top teams in the country will be good to have on their resume. However, they will have a small margin for error against one of their rivals.
