PHOTOS: Boston vs. Detroit – Pistons seize up, lose to Celtics 119-94

Let’s take a look at some of the best moments captured in images in the Celtics’ 67th game of the 2023-24 NBA season vs. the Pistons.

The Boston Celtics made the trip back to TD Garden to take on the Detroit Pistons again this season, but without the Pistons trying to break free from one of the worst losing streaks in recent memory. Things went a bit better for Boston this time around, however, than in the fairly competitive first meeting of the season that went to overtime.

Detroit kept things close in the first quarter, with Boston getting some separation in the second frame that they never relinquished, winning 119-94. The Celtics held the Pistons to just 31.0% from beyond the arc, and won the rebounding battle (53-43), and made more assists (30-21) to seal the victory.

Let’s take a look at some of the best moments captured in images in the Celtics’ 67th game of the 2023-24 NBA season vs. the Pistons.

Gallery: The best images from the Kentucky Wildcats 2023-24 regular season wins

The best image from every Kentucky win this season

The Kentucky Wildcats men’s basketball team starts their NCAA Tournament journey on Thursday against the Oakland Golden Grizzlies. Through the regular season, they earned a number three seed in the South Region, having gone 23 – 9, with several wins over ranked teams.

The Cats performed very well in the non-conference portion of their schedule, with wins over North Carolina and Miami, and a near-win over Kansas.

The SEC part of the season was a bit of a struggle. At one point the lost three consecutive home games, but went on a run of wins to end the season.

This year’s Kentucky team was one of the most fun in recent memory. The defense wasn’t always as good as it needed to be, but the offense was one of the country’s most explosive all season long.

Every game the Wildcats played in had multiple great images that told the story of their season. Here is one image from each game that Kentucky won during the regular season.

2024 NFL mock draft: How free agency, trades impact 3-round forecast

How could free agency and recent trades impact the first three rounds of the 2024 NFL draft? Let’s find out.

The 2024 NFL draft is right around the corner, and with the first week of free agency officially in the books, we’ve got a much better idea of what each team needs in the early rounds.

While some clubs have been able to fill the biggest holes on their roster with veterans in free agency, others could be left reaching with their top picks in this year’s draft after whiffing on the best targets on the open market.

We’ve also seen some big trades that will also have a significant impact on the early going on draft weekend.

How will it all shake out?

Here’s an updated three-round projection for the 2024 NFL draft:

The Miami Dolphins, with both Justin Bethel and Keion Crossen on the market, needed to add a special teams ace and depth cornerback this offseason, and they did so by signing Siran Neal.

Neal lands in South Florida on a one-year deal after playing collegiately at Jacksonville State before being drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL draft and playing six seasons for Sean MxDermott’s team.

As Dolphins fans familiarize themselves with the team’s newest ace, we’ve put together a gallery of photos from his time in Buffalo.

Photos from UCLA’s crushing 2021 Final Four loss to Gonzaga

UCLa fans will remember this one forever.

The 2023-2024 season was one to forget for the UCLA Bruins men’s basketball team. Mick Cronin’s future is up in the air more than ever with Louisville rumblings.

The Bruins are moving to the Big Ten Conference in 2024 and could be in for a rude awakening in what could be another transition year.

Still, UCLA and March Madness are a common occurrence, and Bruins fans will want to reminisce on the fun past of the program.

One of the most memorable was UCLA’s stunning run to the Final Four in 2021. The Bruins were a First Four team and proceeded to defeat Michigan State, BYU, Abilene Christian, and Michigan.

But, the Final Four game against Gonzaga was the end of the road, and the buzzer-beater by Jalen Suggs will be replayed forever as one of the most memorable March Madness moments in history.

Here are some photos from the UCLA-Gonzaga Final Four clash that ended in heartbreak for the Bruins.

Best photos from the Penn State 2023-24 men’s basketball season

Let’s take a look back at some of the best photos we gathered from throughout the men’s basketball season.

Penn State came into the 2023-24 season with a new head coach and a reworked roster, but the goal remained the same; to make it back to the NCAA men’s basketball tournament. That goal ultimately was unfulfilled as Penn State went through a challenging year without much luck on the road or on a neutral court, and the first season under new head coach Mike Rhoades has come to a close.

But the season was not without its bright spots and moments worth cherishing and remembering moving into the offseason. It was unexpected Penn State would have much success this year given the circumstances, but the work is already being done to build a program that will be more competitive in the years to come with more frequent trips to the NCAA postseason hopefully on the horizon. But before we look ahead, let’s take a few moments to look back.

Here is a look back at some of the best photos we gathered from this past men’s basketball season.

Pat Connaughton/Blake Wesley NBA Tracker: March 11-17

Not too shabby of a week for the guys.

With the San Antonio Spurs officially out of playoff contention, [autotag]Blake Wesley[/autotag] is focused on finishing the season strong. He provided a couple of examples of that in losses to the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets on March 11 and 12 respectively.

Wesley had only four points but dished out three assists against the Warriors before collecting three assists and 10 points against the Rockets. For the week, he averaged 5.3 points and 2.0 assists a game.

[autotag]Pat Connaughton[/autotag] had seven points and four rebounds in the Milwaukee Bucks’ March 12 loss to the Sacramento Kings. He improved upon that with nine points, three rebounds and four assists March 14 in beating the Philadelphia 76ers. That was the highlight of a week in which he averaged 6.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists a game.
