Colts vs. Vikings: Keys to victory in Week 15

Keys to a Colts’ victory over the Vikings in Week 15.

Jeff Saturday’s squad is fresh off a bye and looking to finish the season on a high note following an underwhelming season thus far.

After an embarrassing loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13, the Indianapolis Colts do not catch a break as they head north to take on the Minnesota Vikings.

Minnesota is one win away from clinching the NFC North and is hungry for a win following a loss to the Lions last Sunday.

However, the Vikings have a knack for keeping games close with teams that are less talented, so the Colts could have a chance to pick up a statement win.

Colts downgrade 3 injured players in Week 12

Three Colts players had their injury statuses downgraded Sunday.

The Indianapolis Colts downgraded the injury statuses of three players ahead of the Monday night matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers, the team announced Sunday.

The players included are linebacker Zaire Franklin (illness), tight end Kylen Granson (illness) and defensive end Kwity Paye (ankle).

Franklin didn’t carry an injury designation going into the weekend but was downgraded to questionable for the game.

Granson entered the weekend with a questionable tag but now has been downgraded to doubtful. The Colts will get rookie Jelani Woods back from a shoulder injury that has kept him out for two games.

Finally, Paye was downgraded from questionable to out. It was a long shot that Paye would be able to play after not practicing all week, but they held a workout for him Sunday, and it seems he still isn’t ready.
