Championship teams define themselves when adversity hits, and the Eagles took another step towards sharpening their iron, overcoming a ten-point deficit to pull out a win in Indianapolis.

Jalen Hurts was an efficient 18-25 passing for 190 yards and one touchdown. As a rusher, Hurts led Philadelphia with 16 carries for 86 yards and a seven-yard touchdown late in regulation that tied things up with 1:20 remaining.

DeVonta Smith (6-78) and A.J. Brown (5-60) paced the Eagles’ pass catchers with Dallas Goedert out with an injured shoulder.

On defense, Philadelphia allowed Jonathan Taylor to accumulate 84 yards on 22 carries with a touchdown.

Still, Taylor only had 20 yards on 11 carries in the second half as the Eagles’ defense adjusted and buckled down.

Philadelphia will head home before starting preparation for a huge Week 12 matchup against the Packers in primetime.
