2020 NFL Draft: Clint Lamb’s mock draft 3.0, picks 1-16

Alabama is expected to see several of its former players hear their names called during the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

9. Jacksonville Jaguars – C.J. Henderson, CB, Florida

Previous pick: Derrick Brown, IDL, Auburn

Analysis: In an ideal scenario, the Jaguars would be able to move down from this pick, as Brown and Simmons are both gone.

Florida’s C.J. Henderson is an excellent prospect who would fill a major void in Jacksonville, but seeing him go in the top 10 would be a shocking development.

It was hard to justify a trade partner — although, the Broncos coming up for Henry Ruggs III was considered — so Henderson ultimately ending up being selected higher than expected.

It wasn’t great value, but general manager Dave Caldwell and company can make up for that later on at No. 20.
