2020 NFL Draft: Clint Lamb’s mock draft 3.0, picks 1-16

Alabama is expected to see several of its former players hear their names called during the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

Previous pick: CeeDee Lamb, WR, Oklahoma

Analysis: It was tough to decide who the Cardinals would take at No. 8 between Will Jr. and Iowa’s Tristan Wirfs. Ultimately, I went with the Alabama offensive tackle, who is currently higher on my big board.

Once Arizona acquired star pass-catcher DeAndre Hopkins from the Texans, there was no longer a need to reunite Oklahoma receiver CeeDee Lamb with his former quarterback Kyler Murray.

D.J. Humphries will man the left tackle spot, but whoever gets selected with this pick will almost certainly assume the starting role on the right side.
