Four-star offensive guard recruit Chauncey Gooden was pumped to receive a scholarship offer from the University of Georgia. Gooden, who is ranked as the No. 64 player in the class of 2025, is a state champion.

Gooden plays high school football for Lipscomb Academy High School in Nashville, Tennessee. The 6-foot-4, 320-pound offensive guard recruit is the third-best interior offensive lineman and the third-ranked recruit in Tennessee.

The four-star offensive lineman has spring visits planned with Auburn, Clemson, and South Carolina.

Each time Gooden receives a scholarship offer, he notes how blessed he is to receive the offer. Gooden uses excellent vocabulary for every offer, but the word he used after earning an offer from Georgia is not one you hear recruits use everyday.

Here’s how Gooden reacted to receiving a scholarship offer from Georgia football:

Head coach Kirby Smart and Georgia football have four total commitments in the class of 2025 including verbal pledges from two five-star recruits.

Ohio State offers top-100 2025 Tennessee offensive lineman

The Buckeyes has going hard after this impressive OL #GoBucks

[autotag]Ohio State[/autotag] offensive line coach [autotag]Justin Frye[/autotag] is going to add some pretty large feathers to his cap in April. Three from his position group, Paris Johnson Jr., Dawand Jones and Luke Wypler, are expected to hear their names called early in the NFL draft.

That clout is only going to help on the recruiting trail, not just for this cycle but also beyond. Frye will use that with Tennessee lineman [autotag]Chauncey Gooden[/autotag], who was recently offered a scholarship.

The 6-foot, 4-inch, 320-pound player isn’t ranked nationally on the 247Sports composite, but Gooden is the No. 78 overall player and No. 4 interior offensive lineman in the country in his class.

Gooden holds an impressive list of offers that includes Oregon, USC, Tennessee and Florida.

Badgers offer four-star class of 2025 offensive lineman

Wisconsin offered Chauncey Gooden, a four-star class of 2025 interior offensive lineman from Nashville, Tennessee on Thursday.

Wisconsin offered Chauncey Gooden, a four-star interior offensive lineman from Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday. The 6-foot-4, 320-pound athlete still has two more years of football at Lipscomb Academy before he’d join a college program as a part of the Class of 2025.

Gooden has received 40 Division I offers, including eight programs from the Big Ten, in-state Tennessee and future Big Ten school USC. With the Badgers gaining steam as a top recruiting destination with Luke Fickell as head coach, it’s possible Gooden ends up in Madison.

To this point, Wisconsin has not gained any commitments from the class of 2025, but that’s not a surprise considering how far out that season is.
