Rank ‘Em: Recent Notre Dame Alternate Uniforms

I liked the theme of this uniform even if the final look was far from amazing.  I found it hard to read the lettering and even though the helmet was a solid effort, you couldn’t tell it was anything unique other than a different color gold unless the camera was zoomed in.

I’m still convinced the seniors didn’t actually ask to wear green jerseys on Senior Day 2018 as much as Under Armour had to get creative in making up for a lackof jersey sales for the 2018 Shamrock Series, but these were pretty blah.

Bright green with the gold pants didn’t mesh well whatsoever but at least it capped a perfect home season for the Irish as they dismantled Florida State, 42-13.

Grade: D+

Not the finest of 2018’s for jersey-designers but some good and bad both over the last 15 or so years.  Which are your favorites and least favorites?  Share your thoughts in the comments section!
