Slot Receiver – Donovan Peoples-Jones
The only rookie to make our list, we still don’t think Peoples-Jones should have been drafted as low as the sixth-round in the 2020 NFL Draft.
While his potential never quite turned into production in Ann Arbor, imagine how incredible the versatile, athletic receiver could be in an offense led by Tom Brady, especially coming out of the slot. He might be bigger than Edelman and Amendola, but if he gets his focus right, he could be a dangerous playmaker on our team.
Similarly, we expect him to thrive in Cleveland, where he’ll be playing alongside Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. The situation could be eerily similar if all goes to plan.
