TE Tyler Eifert
The Bills dipped into the Bengals before for a banged up tight end, why not again? Buffalo did want to add Greg Olsen and failed to do so, and then restructured Tyler Kroft’s contract, but his former teammate in Tyler Eifert could bring more upside.
When he can stay healthy, Eifert’s proven to be a strong red zone threat, notching 13 touchdowns. That year he played in 13 games, but of his seven seasons played in the NFL, Eifert has been held to a single-digit total of games played in four of those. As of late, Eifert did show he can be healthy, appearing in all 16 games for the Bengals last year. However, the 29-year-old did only have three touchdowns via his 43 catches and 436 yards. And of note, he only played in 45 percent of their offensive snaps last season in Cincy, so whoever signs him will point to that and get him on a bargain contract.
