12 under-the-radar free agents for the Bills to target on offense

The NFL’s free agency period is slated to open on March 18 and the Buffalo Bills could be in business. The Bills signed cornerback Josh Norman last week, getting a head start on things.

Speed kills and Phillip Dorsett could be a solid depth addition for the Bills in their wideout room. He won’t be a No. 1, but he ran a 4.33 40-yard dash in his past and would stretch the field for the Bills.

The 27-year-old is a former first-round pick, but has only really shown glimpses in his career so his future team won’t need to break the bank for him. What might not be appealing to the Bills is his lack of size at 5-foot-10, the Bills already have some speedy guys who lack stature, such as John Brown, so they’d have to add more than Dorsett.

He’s also only put up so-so numbers in his career despite playing with some good quarterbacks with the Colts and Patriots. In 71 career games, Dorsett has 124 catches for 1,634 yards and 11 touchdowns. Maybe a concern.
