Analysis: The second-highest ranked commit Texas has in the 2020 class at the moment is Billy Bowman. Coming out of Denton Ryan High School, Bowman is listed as an athlete. A defensive back, wide receiver and possibly a running back, Tom Herman will have to make a decision as to where Bowman will play. Listed at 5 feet, 10 inches, he could be used as a nickel cornerback to cover inside receivers.
