Take it for what it’s worth

Did Josh Allen have a good day at camp? Well, it depends who you ask, but we’ll just factor in everything for you here and let you be the judge… sound good?

During the team’s scrimmage, which included the full game experience with sounds from the speakers and the score board on, Allen had a pretty solid stat line on paper.

Reports vary, but Allen was somewhere around 32-for-43 passing in just over a half of football with two passing touchdowns, an interception and another rushing touchdown. In terms of yards, most agree he went over the 300-yard mark.

But here’s the big curve ball: Would you be impressed if these numbers were against backups? Because that was the case. Many outlets, including WKBW, reported that it was Allen and the first-team offense were against the team’s second-string defense. Yes, they should do good against those guys so, at minimum, at least they did that.
