De’Aaron Fox has started the season strong, leading the Sacramento Kings with improved stats across the board. He’s betting on himself after forgoing an extension to aim for a ‘supermax’ contract, positioning the Kings as a potential playoff threat in the Western Conference.
Off the court, Fox is launching his signature shoe, the Fox 1, in collaboration with Curry Brand. Designed for speed and agility, the sneaker reflects Fox’s style with unique elements like “fur” on the tongue and lightning-inspired accents.
Despite last season’s playoff appearance via the Play-In tournament, which some might view as a step back from the prior year, he remains focused on building team chemistry, especially on defense, to compete in a challenging Western Conference.
Last week, before Fox scored 109 points over a two-game span, he sat down with HoopsHype. Fox discussed his start to the 2024-25 NBA season, what it’s been like teaming up with DeMar DeRozan, having Malik Monk re-sign, the Kings’ potential as a competitive force in the West, and more, as we near the release of his Fox 1 with Under Armour’s Curry Brand.
The shoes is designed with outer space and “Gravity” in mind, which is the name of the design and color scheme of the sneakers. The look has a light gray upper portion with the sides sporting a green and black look.
While newly released worldwide, the kicks are the same ones that Curry wore during his Olympic gold medal run with Team U.S.A.
The release comes just in time for the start of the 2024-25 NBA season. Curry, a four-time NBA champion, will embark on his 16th season.
And don’t forget, the drop comes just in time for the holiday season, too. It’s the perfect gift to grab for the Curry fan in your life.

Eric Reibe, the second-best center in his class, made headlines with his commitment to UConn, marking a major win for Dan Hurley and the Huskies as they secured their second top-25 recruit for the 2025 class. Reibe, a versatile 7-foot center, chose UConn over powerhouse programs like Kansas, Creighton, Indiana, and Oregon, citing UConn’s proven track record in player development and their recent success in sending players to the NBA as key reasons for his decision.
Originally from Germany, Reibe’s journey has taken him through Switzerland and Maryland, where he focused on finding a program that prioritizes development for big men over geographical concerns. He models his game after stars such as Kristaps Porzingis, Nikola Jokic, Dirk Nowitzki, Bam Adebayo, Kevin Durant, and Anthony Davis.
Ranked No. 23 in ESPN’s 2025 rankings, Reibe is known for his well-rounded game, with the ability to shoot, pass, and defend, making him a coveted prospect.
Speaking with HoopsHype last August, on behalf of Under Armour’s Elite 24, Reibe discussed his playstyle as a big who can pass, dribble, and shoot, his defensive improvements, his experience moving around the world, and more.

Sooners QB commit, and four-star prospect, Jaden O’Neal shines bright at UA Future 50 event.
Oklahoma’s quarterbacking future is in excellent hands. The Sooners have depth on the current roster and have talented quarterbacks committed from the classes of 2025 and 2026.
Oklahoma’s latest quarterback, [autotag]Jaden O’Neal[/autotag], chose the Sooners during the last week of June over offers from Miami, Washington, Ohio State, and Florida State.
With his recruitment over, O’Neal’s number one objective is to continue improving as a quarterback so that he’s even better equipped when he officially joins the Sooners in 2026.
O’Neal took his talents to Under Armour’s Future 50 event, where some of high school football’s top 50 underclassmen are invited to train and compete in an intense two-day summer camp at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.
They utilize combined training and skill development sessions that are capped off by a competitive 7-on-7 competition.
Cody Bellaire of On3 recruiting shared his takeaways from the second day of the session, and he mentioned Jaden O’Neal as his third-best performer of the day.
Brady Hart wasn’t the only quarterback that shined out on the field during Saturday morning’s workout. Jaden O’Neal was out there throwing darts today. It felt like every station he moved to throughout the day he got better and better. He is able to generate so much velocity on the football and makes it look so effortless. He utilizes that dense build of his to get so much zip onto the football and he can air it out with ease. O’Neal showed excellent mobility and clean mechanics on the move as well. Even when he had to throw off-platform and rely mostly on his arm, he was able to show off the natural arm talent and ability to throw an accurate football. O’Neal has one of the bigger arms early on in the 2026 cycle and put together a stellar showing on Saturday. – Bellaire, On3
One recurring theme in O’Neal’s game is how effortless he looks as a passer. He has the arm talent to make every throw needed. His one area of improvement that other analysts have keyed in on is being more of a threat from outside of the pocket, and it looks like O’Neal was able to showcase his ability to throw on the move.
