The fifth week of SEC conference play features Auburn at Ole Miss, Alabama at Tennessee, South Carolina at LSU, and more.

The fifth week of SEC conference play features Auburn at Ole Miss, Alabama at Tennessee, South Carolina at LSU, and Kentucky at Missouri. Following a Florida Gators COVID outbreak, the league rescheduled the Georgia Bulldogs at Kentucky Wildcats game and the Florida Gators verus Missouri Tigers game.

Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Georgia, Florida, and Texas A&M now all have the week off. Both UGA and Florida won’t have bye weeks before their Nov. 7 game.

Will Alabama have a let down following their primetime win over Georgia? Tennessee has looked rough in blowout losses in their past two weeks, so don’t count on it. The Crimson Tide are already the final undefeated team in the SEC.

The Georgia Bulldogs were set to have a night game against Kentucky. Now, UGA travels to Lexington for a noon game on Halloween (Oct. 31).

As always in the SEC, there are a lot of good match-ups. Please note the game changes mentioned above for Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, and Missouri.

The headliner for the week has to be Alabama at Tennessee. Can the Vols put up a fight against the Crimson Tide?

Interestingly, all of the other week five action features teams with a minimum of two losses. Auburn and LSU will be particularly desperate this week. This may be a good week to watch college football outside of the SEC.

The Big Ten returns and Ohio State should look impressive against Nebraska. Other top college football match-ups include:

Cincinnati at SMU, Michigan at Minnesota, Iowa State at Oklahoma State, and NC State at UNC. What’s your favorite game for the week?
