Report: Dolphins working out CB Raleigh Texada

He went undrafted in this year’s draft.

The Miami Dolphins are in need of some more cornerback depth after Trill Williams suffered a torn ACL, likely ending his season.

According to Pro Football Network’s Aaron Wilson, the Dolphins are working out former Baylor cornerback Raleigh Texada.

Texada (5-foot-10, 188 pounds) went undrafted in May and was signed by the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent before being waived in July. He also worked out for the Washington Commanders just a couple of weeks ago.

During his five active seasons at Baylor, Texada recorded 142 tackles, 15 passes defended, three interceptions, three forced fumbles and two sacks.

It’s unclear if the Dolphins will end up signing Texada after the workout.
