Former Alabama safety Kristian Story announced that he will be transferring to Kentucky.
Story, an Alabama native, spent four seasons in Tuscaloosa. The former four-star prospect played in 39 games for the Crimson Tide. During that time, he recorded 22 tackles, one tackle for loss, and one interception.
He served primarily as a backup safety but contributed a great deal on special teams for the Crimson Tide this past season.
Story has two years of eligibility remaining as he was redshirted in 2020. The native of Lanett, Alabama will look to earn a starting role in Lexington next season as a part of Kentucky’s secondary.
