The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to defensive back recruit Desmond Ricks, who plays high school football for IMG Academy.

The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to defensive back recruit Desmond Ricks, who plays high school football for IMG Academy. Ricks is a member of the class of 2024.

Ricks is an unranked prospect who plays on one of the top high school football programs in the country. Ricks plays alongside five-star defensive back recruit Kamari Wilson, another Georgia recruiting target.

Desmond Ricks would join Marlin Dean, Nolan Smith, Xavian Sorey, Warren Brinson and Lovasea Carroll as former IMG Academy players on the Georgia Bulldogs roster.

Ricks’ offers include Miami, Florida, LSU, UNC, Virginia, FSU and Ole Miss.

Ricks practices and trains with other top recruits at IMG Academy, which has an impressive secondary. Georgia has offered several members of the position group.

Georgia Twitter relished the commitment of three-star class of 2021 wide receiver Jackson Meeks.

Three-star class of 2021 wide receiver Jackson Meeks committed to the University of Georgia. Georgia offered Meeks back in August and it didn’t take him long to decide where he wants to play college football.

Meeks is six-foot-two and weighs 190 pounds. He plays high school football for Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama.

Meeks is Georgia’s 16th commitment in the class of 2021. The Dawgs have two wide receiver commitments including Adonai Mitchell, an Ole Miss flip.
