UGA football Twitter reacts to latest commit Jackson Meeks

Georgia Twitter relished the commitment of three-star class of 2021 wide receiver Jackson Meeks.

Three-star class of 2021 wide receiver Jackson Meeks committed to the University of Georgia. Georgia offered Meeks back in August and it didn’t take him long to decide where he wants to play college football.

Meeks is six-foot-two and weighs 190 pounds. He plays high school football for Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama.

Meeks is Georgia’s 16th commitment in the class of 2021. The Dawgs have two wide receiver commitments including Adonai Mitchell, an Ole Miss flip.

Three-star 2021 wide receiver Jackson Meeks has committed to the University of Georgia.

Three-star 2021 wide receiver Jackson Meeks has committed to the University of Georgia. Meeks is six-foot-two and weighs 190 pounds. He plays high school football for Central High School in Phenix City, Alabama.

Meeks has received offers from Ole Miss, App State, and more. Georgia recently offered him on Aug. 25. It didn’t take Meeks long to commit to Georgia after his scholarship offer.

Kirby Smart lands his 16th commitment in the class of 2021. The Dawgs now have two wide receiver commitments. UGA’s other receiver commit is Adonai Mitchell, an Ole Miss flip.

Georgia still may bring in another wide receiver or two in the class. UGA has four wide receiver signees in the class of 2021.

Georgia’s 2021 recruiting class continues to take shape after a slow start.

The Bulldog’s hold 14 commitments so far and coach Kirby Smart and staff are not done offering prospects.

In a post through his Twitter account on Tuesday morning, 2021 3-star receiver Jackson Meeks said that he received a scholarship offer from Georgia.

Meeks (6-foot-2, 190 pounds) from Phenix City, Alabama, is rated as the No. 60 player in Alabama and the No. 222 receiver overall in the 2021 recruiting class.

The Central High School prospect holds only six offers with West Virginia and now Georgia as the only Power 5 programs to offer so far.
