Which 2024 quarterbacks should be on Ohio State’s board after Dylan Raiola decommitment?

Back to square one with Buckeye quarterback recruiting #GoBucks

This wasn’t the news that Buckeye fans wanted to see. Five-star quarterback [autotag]Dylan Raiola[/autotag], the No. 1 player in the 2024 class,  decommitted from the program on Saturday. The smoke began Friday when the Arizona star scrubbed his social media of all things Ohio State.

This hurts on multiple levels, but the silver lining is the 2024 class is more than a year away from its early signing period, so [autotag]Ryan Day[/autotag] has plenty of time to find a replacement for Raiola. Yes, the Buckeyes will not be able to upgrade, but there are plenty of big-time quarterbacks that will consider the Buckeyes.

Since they held the commitment from Raiola, there weren’t many other offers out to quarterback in the class. Two of the four have already committed elsewhere. The third, [autotag]Jadyn Davis[/autotag], is trending to our rival, Michigan. Most likely Raiola will not return to the class, so it’s back to square one. Here are a few targets the Buckeyes should focus their efforts on.
