Poona Ford, Defensive Tackle, Seattle Seahawks
We turn to the big boys in the middle of the defense with Poona Ford of Seattle. The Seahawks along with the Baltimore Ravens love them some Texas Longhorns. Ford is a big man who stuffs the middle to allow the linebackers and defensive backs to make plays but he can still be a force. In four years at Texas, Ford accumulated four sacks, 20.5 tackles for loss and three forced fumbles. Going into his third year as a pro, Poona has 0.5 sacks and 53 total tackles in two seasons. Started 14 games last season after signing as an undrafted free agent in 2018.
