Oklahoma’s wide receiver situation has been an interesting development this offseason. First CeeDee Lamb left for the NFL Draft, then former five-star Jadon Haselwood tore his ACL while working out.
Now, Charleston Rambo remains the only Sooner receiver to return who had significant value in the offense last season. Already expecting to step into a big role in 2020, Rambo will be the star man for redshirt freshman quarterback Spencer Rattler.
If there is one thing anyone should not doubt, it is Lincoln Riley and finding a way to use his weapons effectively. The next man up mentality has been installed at Oklahoma since his promotion and plugging in Rambo will be no different.
