DFS Fantasy Football: Favorite Pro Plays – Week 4

WinDailySports’ CEO Jason Mezrahi checks in with his top Week 4 DFS fantasy football for FanDuel and DraftKings

Top-ranked daily fantasy sports pro Jason Mezrahi, founder and CEO of WinDailySports.com, breaks down his favorite DFS plays at various salary ranges for Week 4 of the NFL season.

Even though we have had great results in picking top DFS plays in this article every week, I’m going to let you in on a little secret: Our projection model at WinDailySports.com has been firing on all cylinders for the first three weeks so what I will do in this article is list some of our highest projected players based off raw points and our highest point per dollar plays based on DraftKings.com pricing.

These are some of the players Jason will be locking in his lineups on DraftKings and FanDuel for this weekend’s slate.

QUARTERBACKS

RUSSELL WILSON, SEA

$7,800 DRAFTKINGS, $9,000 FANDUEL

Call it what you want, but I can’t fade Russell Wilson at this point in the season. He won me another $5,000 in Week 3 and I’m going back to the well in Week 4. Check the game logs and that’s all you need to know as to why I will be hitting the lock button on Wilson in Week 4. He has thrown for 5 touchdowns in each of his past 2 games (could’ve been 6 if Metcalf walked into the endzone with the ball still in his hands) and has averaged 36.3 DraftKings points on the season.

On paper, this might be his best matchup of the year versus the Miami Dolphin defense. They are towards the bottom of the league in passing and total yards allowed per game. Wilson has the safest floor of the entire slate and the highest ceiling. Lock him in your cash lineups and go over the field in tournaments.

RYAN FITZPATRICK, MIA

$5,400 DRAFTKINGS, $7,100 FANDUEL

It was a close call here to either target Ryan Fitzpatrick or Cam Newton as my value starter in Week 4, but I give a slight lean to Fitzpatrick due to the discount and better overall matchup. Even though I like Cam’s running upside and will be using him in tournaments, I like the matchup better for Ryan.

The Seahawks have been in shootouts every week regardless of matchups and I believe that will continue in Week 4. Fitzpatrick has looked great outside of his Week 1 matchup versus a stingy Patriots defense. He bounced back with 27- and 25-point performance in the last 2 weeks and I believe the floor in this matchup is 20 with a ceiling of 30. If you need some salary relief, buy some shares of Fitzmagic in Week 4.

RUNNING BACKS

ALVIN KAMARA, NO

$8,000 DRAFTKINGS, $8,800 FANDUEL

Alvin Kamara is back to his old self after having a down year by his standards last year. He has dropped 23, 38, and 47 DraftKings points to start the season and now draws a matchup versus the 3rd worst run defense in the league.

The Detroit Lions have allowed 172 rushing yards per game and Kamara will gash them all day Sunday. He has been productive on the ground and through the air. I’m hitting the lock button on DraftKings in cash games and will have a nice share of ownership on him for tournaments. This will be the last week you can get Kamara at $8,000 so enjoy the discount!

KENYAN DRAKE, ARI

$6,000 DRAFTKINGS, $7,000 FANDUEL

I believe the field was one week too early on Drake. He was highly owned in what looked to be a good matchup in Week 3 and disappointed a ton of people at over 30% ownership in tournaments and even higher % in cash games. Typically after weeks like that, you will see ownership drop off dramatically and that’s the best time to hop on board.

We saw it last week with guys like Derrick Henry and it will be a repeat performance this week for Drake.

His price went down on both sites, his ownership will drop by half on both sites. Meanwhile, he is still good at football and the matchup got better than last week. Carolina is the 2nd worst at defending running backs and I can easily argue that they are the worst overall. If game script goes as planned and Kyler Murray doesn’t vulture touchdowns away I see a huge game coming here for Drake.

WIDE RECEIVERS

TYLER LOCKETT, SEA

$7,000 DRAFTKINGS, $7,500 FANDUEL

The saying goes “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. I had almost 100% shares of Lockett in Week 3 and I owe him a night out for drinks after his monster three-touchdown performance.

The combination of Wilson to Lockett brought me to the promise land and I’m riding that same boat into Week 4.

As I stated above, the matchup is ideal versus Miami and the underlying numbers look great. Locket has hauled in 8, 7 and 9 receptions to start the season and I can see a double digit reception game out of him this Sunday. If you look at contests across the industry this weekend, you will see a bunch of Win Daily logos with Wilson/Lockett stacks in both cash games and tournaments.

JULIAN EDELMAN, NE

$5,700 DRAFTKINGS, $6,400 FANDUEL

Julian Edelman wasn’t needed much in Week 3 versus the Las Vegas Raiders, but the Patriots will need a massive game to out of him to stay within distance of the Kansas City Chiefs.

You want exposure to this game from the Patriot side because they should be playing catchup and Edelman will be the biggest beneficiary on this offense.

He is underpriced on both sites due to a down week and he provides great value because of it. The floor is safe here with Edelman and lets not forget about his 8-reception, 179-yard game in Week 2 versus Seattle. I can’t predict the same output, but I will have some shares of Edelman across both sites in Week 4.

TIGHT ENDS

MIKE GESICKI, MIA

$5,100 DRAFTKINGS, $5,700 FANDUEL

I typically look for discounts and red zone targets from my tight ends and I believe you get a little bit of both with Gesicki.

The Dolphins should be playing catchup throughout this game and I like a full game stack in tournaments where I run Wilson and Lockett with Gesicki.

The Seahawks have defended the tight end better this year than in years past, but still have allowed an average of 430 yards passing over the first 3 weeks. Not many tight ends provide the upside that Gesicki does, so get some shares of him in Week 4.

EVAN ENGRAM, NYG

$4,400 DRAFTKINGS, $5,600 FANDUEL

Evan Engram hasn’t had his breakout game yet in 2020 and it’s been a long time since he has shown his true talent. Injuries and inconsistencies have been his issue, so there is risk here with this play but we need upside and value at tight end and Engram has the talent to break a slate.

The Rams defense are 23rd in the league against tight ends and have allowed 253 passing yards per game, which will present opportunities for Engram. The Giants are building for the future and if Engram wants to be in that future he better start producing.

The motivation and matchup are there so don’t be surprised when he puts up 15+ points in Week 4.

DEFENSES

BALTIMORE RAVENS

$4,000 DRAFTKINGS, $5,000 FANDUEL

Lets keep this simple. The Ravens are coming off a bad loss to the Super Bowl Champion Chiefs and will be hungry to get back into the win column. Pair that with a matchup with Haskins and the Washington Football Team and they come in as one of the easier decisions to lock in on defense in Week 4. Whenever you have the salary lock in the Ravens do so in both cash and tournament lineups.

LOS ANGELES RAMS

$3,900 DRAFTKINGS, $4,800 FANDUEL

I like the Ravens slightly ahead of the Rams, but they are a close second. The Giants can’t protect Daniel Jones and Jones can’t protect the football. It’s been a turnover festival in NY and I don’t see this team getting better anytime soon.

The Rams have 7 sacks on the season and have caused 5 turnovers as well. I wouldn’t be surprised to see 5 sacks and 2 turnovers in Week 4 versus an offense Vegas has projected to score only 17 points. The Giants total is the second lowest on the board, with the Washington Football Team projected to score 16.

DFS Fantasy Football: Favorite Pro Plays – Week 3

WinDailySports’ CEO Jason Mezrahi checks in with his top Week 3 DFS fantasy football for FanDuel and DraftKings

Top-ranked daily fantasy sports pro Jason Mezrahi, founder and CEO of WinDailySports.com, breaks down his favorite DFS plays at various salary ranges for Week 3 of the NFL season.

Even though we have had great results in picking top DFS plays in this article every week, I’m going to let you in on a little secret: Our projection model at WinDailySports.com has been firing on all cylinders for the first two weeks so what I will do in this article is list our highest projected player based off raw points and our highest point per dollar play based on DraftKings.com pricing.

These are some of the players Jason will be locking in his lineups on DraftKings and FanDuel for this weekend’s slate.

QUARTERBACKS

KYLER MURRAY, ARI

$6,800 DRAFTKINGS, $8,400 FANDUEL

In the case of QB Kyler Murray, who has the top spot on the board, is looking like the 2020 version of 2019 Lamar Jackson.

Over the first two games, he has averaged 30.2 DraftKings points and already has three rushing touchdowns. The rushing floor and upside he provides in a plus matchup versus a weak Lions defense has him ahead of a stacked QB position so lock him in as both your cash QB and GPP play of the week.

MITCHELL TRUBISKY, CHI

$5,700 DRAFTKINGS, $7,500 FANDUEL

Mitchell “The Truth” Trubisky (I can’t even type this with a straight face) is coming in on our model as the best point-per-dollar quarterback in the Week 3 DraftKings main slate.

  1. Is he a top 10 Quarterback? No
  2. Is he an elite Quarterback? No
  3. Did I think he was going to be the starting Quarterback to start the season? No
  4. Does he have one of the best matchups on the board? Yes
  5. Am I playing him at $5,700 in Week 3? Yes

The Atlanta Falcons defense is one of the worst I have ever seen. The only thing that can make this defense worse is if Jameis Winston was the quarterback of the offense.

The story line won’t change and every week for the near future you will see me targeting offensive players versus the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers no matter who the opposing team is. For that reason I feel confident in locking in Trubisky on DraftKings.

RUNNING BACKS

DERRICK HENRY, TEN

$7,800 DRAFTKINGS, $8,200 FANDUEL

After a somewhat disappointing Week 2, both DraftKings and FanDuel lowered Henry’s prices by $100. I truly appreciate the discount and due to the fact he burned a lot of people last week, he will come in at lower ownership. There is nothing better than playing an elite player once everyone else jumped off the bandwagon after one bad week.

Derrick Henry is still one of the best running backs in the league and this matchup versus the Vikings is ideal. The touches and talent are there and in Week 3 the yardage and touchdowns will follow.

MILES SANDERS, PHI

$6,400 DRAFTKINGS, $7,400 FANDUEL

It is time to price enforce an error in the pricing model of both sites. This matchup is too juicy, and Miles Sanders is too talented not to exploit it. We recently saw what the combination of Chubb and Hunt destroy Cincinnati and I expect a repeat showing by Miles in Week 3.

Sanders had a good start to his season in Week 2 in a tougher matchup versus the Rams. He is coming in as the best value on the board at running back in Week 3, so lock him into both cash games and tournaments.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DEANDRE HOPKINS, ARI

$7,900 DRAFTKINGS, $8,500 FANDUEL

I will admit when I’m wrong. I was off of DeAndre Hopkins in season long due to the fact that the receiving core is a crowded space in Arizona and I thought there would be a negative effect due to a shortened off season. I was wrong, Kyler Murray has progressed to another level and the rapport he built already with Hopkins is elite.

I love the stack of Murray to Hopkins in a dream matchup versus the Lions. Hopkins may be highly owned in Week 3 but he is coming in with the highest ceiling and raw projection. He should be as safe as it gets for your cash games at wide receiver.

ALLEN ROBINSON, CHI

$6,200 DRAFTKINGS, $6,900 FANDUEL

After back to back disappointing weeks, I hope the ownership stays low on Robinson in Week 3. He is currently popping as our best point per dollar play and a nice value stack paired with Trubisky.

I will repeat it once more the Atlanta Falcons are terrible on defense.

They couldn’t punch their way out of a wet paper bag and they won’t be able to stop the second-tier combination of Trubisky and Robinson at a discounted rate. Ride the value that Robinson provides and take advantage of lower ownership due to all the boxscore watchers avoiding him.

TIGHT ENDS

ZACH ERTZ, LAC

$5,100 DRAFTKINGS, $6,200 FANDUEL

The Eagles are once again down to scraps at the receiver position and all hope will be on their tight ends. I had a tough decision on which tight end to choose from because both Ertz and Goedert have been producing, and are in identical spots.

I will be leaning on the pedigree of Ertz, but will have shares of both tight ends and I believe you should do the same. I would not be surprised to see both tight ends find their way into the end zone and for tournaments running a stack with both is not out of the question.

DARREN WALLER, OAK

$5,700 DRAFTKINGS, $6,600 FANDUEL

A lot of the fantasy industry didn’t buy into the hype of Darren Waller coming into this season. I think that all changed after his recent performance Monday night.

Waller is one of the fastest tight ends in the league and he is the number one target in this offense. He received 8 targets in Week 1 and 16 in Week 2. If we fall in the middle in Week 3, you best believe Waller will smash again. Derek Carr and this offense looked impressive and on the other end this is not the same Patriots defense from last year. Waller is the way to go if you have the salary to pay up at tight end this week.

DEFENSES

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS

$3,600 DRAFTKINGS, $5,000 FANDUEL

They come in as the top defense due to the simple fact that the Panthers have struggled to get anything going on offense and now they are without their best weapon in Christian McCaffrey. This Charger defense did a great job against the most explosive offense in the league so I can only imagine what they do to this Carolina team. I wouldn’t be shocked to see them keep the Panthers under 10 points in this game.

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS

$2,300 DRAFTKINGS, $3,000 FANDUEL

With defense being one of the toughest positions to predict, I love finding an extreme value defense each week for tournaments. This Raiders team is legit and just stifled Drew Brees and the Saints; I am not fully bought into the Patriots offense. They are lacking a true running game and Cam Newton can only do so much. If you stop Cam this entire offense stalls. Give me Gruden and the Raiders at an extreme value in Week 3.

DFS Fantasy Football: Favorite Pro Plays – Week 2

WinDailySports’ CEO Jason Mezrahi checks in with his top Week 2 DFS fantasy football for FanDuel and DraftKings

Top-ranked daily fantasy sports pro Jason Mezrahi, founder and CEO of WinDailySports.com, breaks down his favorite DFS plays at various salary ranges for Week 2 of the NFL season.

These are some of the players Jason will be locking in his lineups on DraftKings and FanDuel for this weekend’s slate.

QUARTERBACKS

DAK PRESCOTT, DAL
$6,800 DRAFTKINGS, $8,300 FANDUEL

Coming off a tough loss and heading back to Dallas to face off against a bad Atlanta defense is what Dak needs to right the ship. The matchup wasn’t ideal in Week 1, but his weapons are at full strength. The addition of CeeDee Lamb gives him three above-average receivers and the threat of Ezekiel Elliot should torment this Atlanta defense. Russell Wilson picked apart the Falcons secondary and I see the same thing happening when Dak gets under center. Add some rushing upside and Dak will present a nice floor for cash games and high upside for your tournaments.

TOM BRADY, TBB
$6,500 DRAFTKINGS, $7,600 FANDUEL

It didn’t work out so well last week against a tough defense in New Orleans, but I am ready to double down on Tom Brady. In a bad game by his standards, Brady still threw for 2 touchdowns and ran one in. Tom Brady the dual-threat quarterback! While I am not in the business of predicting Brady’s next rushing touchdown, I can tell you that the matchup versus Carolina is great. Their defense is one of the worst in the league and the discount you get with Brady on FanDuel is too much to pass on. This a spot to price enforce and secure a nice floor at the quarterback position.

RUNNING BACKS

EZEKIEL ELLIOTT, DAL
$8,200 DRAFTKINGS, $8,600 FANDUEL

I could settle this in one sentence: He is a bell cow running back going against one of the worst defenses in the league. But lets look a little deeper. Ezekiel Elliott is a stud worth paying up for in both cash games and tournaments. Just like Chris Carson in Week 1, this matchup versus the Falcons has shootout written all over it. I have Elliott as the top running back on the slate with a equal rating to Christian McCaffrey. This could easily be a 2-3 touchdown game for Elliott, and I am playing it safe and paying up for this stud in Week 2.

DERRICK HENRY, TEN
$7,900 DRAFTKINGS, $8,300 FANDUEL

The story is the same with Derrick Henry, he is workhouse going against a weak defense. The Indianapolis combination of Mack, Hines and Taylor gashed the Jaguars all day and my assumption is that all those fantasy points that were split between the Colts backs will all gravitate toward Henry in Week 2. Henry was handed the ball 31 times in a tough matchup versus Denver and with that same workload versus the Jaguars defensive line we can see 150+ rushing yards and two-plus touchdowns in Week 2. A lot of the field will look to value running backs like they did in Week 1 and I will be trying to avoid that by locking in Henry and Elliott this week.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DAVANTE ADAMS, GBP
$8,100 DRAFTKINGS, $8,600 FANDUEL

If we look back at least week’s article this is how I started to breakdown the wide receiver position:

“Lets keep this one simple. Who is else will Aaron Rodgers throw the ball to?”

I hope everyone listened because I went overweight on Adams and it led me to a $25,000 payday on DraftKings. If I got .5 more points (yes, just 5 yards) it would of been worth $50,000. Adams is, and will be, the main guy in Green Bay for the rest of this year and, unlike other wide receivers, he shouldn’t be competing for target shares. Both sites raised his price slightly but at what price can we fade Adams? Similar to Michael Thomas last year, I will be hitting the lock button on Adams moving forward.

MARVIN JONES JR., DET
$5,700 DRAFTKINGS, $6,400 FANDUEL

With Kenny Golladay still questionable and hobbled, I will look to Marvin Jones Jr. against the Green Bay Packers. Coming off a terrible loss to the Bears, the Lions will have to put up points to keep pace with the Packers. I see this game going over the 49 point total Vegas has predicted with the Lions trailing for most of the game. If I am right that means a lot of garbage time and soft coverage for Jones Jr. to rack up points. The discount provided should allow Jones Jr. to exceed value.

TIGHT ENDS

JACK DOYLE, IND
$3,600 DRAFTKINGS, $5,300 FANDUEL

I always try my best to find the safe value plays at the tight end position in order to pay up elsewhere, and Jack Doyle fits that mold. He is more of a DraftKings only play for me but I don’t mind the play on FanDuel as well. On FanDuel I would probably lean on the upside of Tyler Higbee, Eric Ebron or T.J. Hockenson. Philip Rivers loves to target the tight end and I think in each week moving forward you will see him rely more and more on Doyle. Coming off a 3 reception week for 49 yards, I expect a repeat performance and 7-8 DraftKings points to be his average production. If he sneaks in a touchdown this week we can smash value at his $3,600 price tag.

T.J. HOCKENSON, DET
$5,200 DRAFTKINGS, $5,600 FANDUEL

Opposite to Jack Doyle, Hockenson provides greater value on FanDuel than he does on DraftKings. He hauled in five of five targets and scored a touchdown in Week 1; he is rolling into Week 2 with a better matchup in what could be a higher scoring game. As stated above, Golladay may sit another game out and the Lions could be playing from behind most of the game, which should mean more receptions for Hockenson. Hockenson has thrived whenever Stafford has been on the field so feel confident rolling him versus the Packers in Week 2.

DEFENSES

ARIZONA CARDINALS
$3,000 DRAFTKINGS, $3,600 FANDUEL

We will see a pattern in my articles of targeting the weaker offenses and streaming defenses against teams like the Washington Football Team, the New York Jets, and any team that Vegas projects to be the lowest scoring teams on the slate. The Cardinals are coming off an impressive win in Week 1 versus the 49ers, where they held them to only 20 points. Now they get a home matchup versus a young quarterback surrounded with minimal weapons. Arizona provides a safe floor with upside against a weak offense at a very fair price on both sites.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS                                      $4,000 DRAFTKINGS, $5,00 FANDUEL

If you have the salary, pay up for the 49ers. The Jets are a very, very, very bad offense. We saw the Bills dismantle the Jets and the same thing will occur when the Niners enter town. The 49ers should have a chip on their shoulder after coming off a tough loss to Cardinals and the Jets will see a very motivated team. I expect the 49ers to come out of the gate strong and bring the pressure to Sam Darnold and the Jets.

QUARTERBACKS

MATT RYAN, ATL
$6,700 DRAFTKINGS, $7,800 FANDUEL

This may be the best offensive weaponry that Matty Ice has ever had. If you have followed my show on SiriusXM Fantasy, I was pushing all of our listeners at Win Daily to get shares of this offense and specifically Matt Ryan. He now has an upgrade at running back with the addition of Todd Gurley, which should open things up even more.

I believe TE Hayden Hurst is and upgrade over Austin Hooper (now with the Cleveland Browns) at the tight end position. Add a more mature Calvin Ridley — paired with Julio Jones — giving Ryan the upside at lower ownership than the other quarterbacks in his pricing tier.

The upgrades on offense, combined with a soft matchup against the average at best Seahawks defense, inside a dome is a nice spot to be in Week 1.

TOM BRADY, TBB
$6,500 DRAFTKINGS, $7,500 FANDUEL

I don’t believe I wrote up Brady one time all of last year in my articles and maybe played him once or twice in DFS. The old man, aka the GOAT, has moved to Tampa Bay and now has the best offense on paper that he has ever had. Weapons galore across the field!

The only difficult part for me is to figure out who to pair him with. At this current point, I feel comfortable playing him “naked,” which means not stacking him with a receiver or tight end. Ownership will be down on Brady and most players will opt for Drew Brees or other quarterbacks in this price range. This is a statement game for Brady and I believe he has a chip on his shoulder to show the world he can win without Bill Belichick. Give me Brady in Week 1 and lets hope he still has more left in the tank.

RUNNING BACKS

AUSTIN EKELER, LAC
$7,000 DRAFTKINGS, $7,700 FANDUEL

If there was a mini version of Christian McCaffrey, it is Ekeler. By all means play McCaffrey in any lineup you can afford him and lock him into your cash games. McCaffrey is very good at football.

In most cases I will have both McCaffrey and Ekeler paired as my two running backs, but let me tell you why I like Ekeler: Some people may view Tyrod Taylor as a downgrade to Philip Rivers, which has a negative impact on Ekeler… but I think he will be just fine. With Taylor not being a downfield passer as much as Rivers was, I see even more targets for Ekeler. Once he gets the ball in space, he can turn any catch into a touchdown. He is a three-down back who catches a ton of passes and game script says the Chargers should be leading in this game, which should mean even extra work for Ekeler.

ANTONIO GIBSON, WAS
$4,000 DRAFTKINGS, $4,600 FANDUEL

Antonio Gibson is one of your best Week 1 values. I truly hope is ownership is not through the roof; but, either way, the savings is too much to pass up.

As I am writing this, we don’t know his workload or complete role but we do know the Washington Football Team let go of Adrian Peterson and Gibson was a major reason why. Gibson was a highlight reel in college and was used in various roles as a pass catching back and receiver. This is a great matchup versus the Eagles; we could see a shootout, or a solid amount of garbage time dump offs to Gibson.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DAVANTE ADAMS, GBP
$7,300 DRAFTKINGS, $8,400 FANDUEL

Lets keep this one simple. Who is else will Aaron Rodgers throw the ball to?

Adams is, and will be, the main guy in Green Bay for the rest of this year and, unlike other wide receivers, he shouldn’t be competing for target shares. Adams is a stud and is priced lower than the top tier.

I love the discount we get on DraftKings! On FanDuel I can make the case for both Julio Jones and Michael Thomas, which are both in play. Similar to the next guy I’m going to mention below, this will be the cheapest price you see on Adams all season on DraftKings. Enjoy the short-lived savings.

KENNY GOLLADAY, DET
$6,200 DRAFTKINGS, $7,900 FANDUEL

This is a pricing mistake and you have to enforce it. Golladay is a true number 1 receiver. Whoever decided to price him on DraftKings should check his resume.

Golladay is a beast and he put up numbers with one of the worst combination of quarterbacks last year after QB Matthew Stafford went down. Golladay now has his leader back and is setup for nice game at home in the dome. Lets lock in Golladay for 100+ yards receiving and a TD.

TIGHT ENDS

ZACH ERTZ, PHI
$5,800 DRAFTKINGS, $6,600 FANDUEL

With all of the injuries the Eagles have on offense, Ertz is the safe way to attack this Washington defense.

Ertz will be getting the majority of targets in the passing game and is the first option whenever they get in the red zone. He has the upside to double the points of most of the tight ends on the slate. He comes in as my safest tight end play in Week 1, due to the combination of a fair price and the target share he is in line to receive.

HUNTER HENRY, LAC
$5,300 DRAFTKINGS, $6,000 FANDUEL

Henry is another safe play at tight end at a nice price.

This matchup looks good and, with the uncertainty of Mike Williams, should see a rise in targets for Henry in Week 1. The best time to play Henry is when he’s healthy, so lock him in after a long offseason to rest up. With Tyrod Taylor now at quarterback the combination of Ekeler and Henry should be his outlets.

DFS EXTRA PRO TIP: In lineups I lock Ekeler in, I will be pivoting off Henry and vice versa.

DEFENSES

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
$3,200 DRAFTKINGS, $4,600 FANDUEL

As you will see week to week, defenses are tough to project out because a pick-six is impossible to get right every week. What we will be doing is picking on weak offenses, turnover prone quarterbacks, and teams who let up a bunch of sacks.

With the Patriots facing Miami in Week 1, it looks like we have some opportunities to lock in a nice floor with some upside because we know Dolphins QB Ryan Fitzpatrick loves to force balls into tight coverage. If we get a repeat performance of last year’s version of the Patriots defense, we should be looking pretty in Week 1.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
$3,000 DRAFTKINGS, $3,700 FANDUEL

I don’t believe in Jacksonville Jaguars QB Gardner Minshew, I don’t believe in the Jaguars offense, and the organization as a whole. Besides WR DJ Chark, the talent on offense is missing and the Colts should have a field day and comfortable lead to apply pressure to Minshew.

With no real running back threat, all the pressure will be on Minshew and I believe that leads to turnovers and fantasy points for the Colts defense in Week 1.

QUARTERBACKS

PATRICK MAHOMES- $7700 DRAFTKINGS, $9500 FANDUEL

Patrick Mahomes is coming off monster game versus the Texans and is the clear top choice at Quarterback on this slate. He will be high owned but with a two-game slate it’s all about securing the top scorer here. Mahomes is averaging 23 points per game on the season and should be in for 25+ points in a home matchup versus the Titans. The Titans rank 28th vs opposing quarterbacks and without much of a run game, we should see most of the scoring through the air for the Chiefs. My lean on this slate is to target the Chiefs vs Titans game as much as possible as I think there will be 14-21 more points scored in this one.

RYAN TANNEHILL- $5500 DRAFTKINGS, $7700 FANDUEL

Tannehill and the Titans will have to pass to stay in this game. The man has been shockingly great since he has taken over the starting role. These Titans have been everyone’s bandwagon team after their glorious run to make the playoffs and shocking back to back upsets they have pulled off. I personally think they cover the spread and make this game interesting. Tannehill is averaging 19 points per game and has a nice matchup versus the Chiefs who rank 23rd vs opposing quarterbacks. For every 2 lineups I make with Mahomes I will own 1 share of Tannehill.

RUNNING BACKS

DERRICK HENRY-  $8700 DRAFTKINGS, $9800 FANDUEL

Henry just can’t be stopped. The opposing defenses he has been facing know he is getting the ball and they can’t do anything about it. When he gets stopped at the line he finds a way to fall forward for 3-4 yards. Then he has the speed to break monster runs and the strength to stiff-arm opponents on his way to the end zone. This offense is running through the big man and he should be locked in all of your lineups. He is averaging 22 points per game and has been in the 30’s in most of his recent games. The Chiefs rank 24th vs opposing running backs and this is an obvious spot to lock Henry unless you can predict injuries or want to fade him on purely an ownership perspective. I would fade Henry in 1 of every 8 lineups I make just to be different from the field.

DAMIEN WILLIAMS- $7000 DRAFTKINGS, $7600 FANDUEL

Williams has secured his role as the every-down back for the Chiefs. He got all the goal-line work last week and is coming off a 3 touchdown game. Like I stated above I will be targeting most of my pieces from this game and want to secure the points through the ground and air from the Chiefs side. Williams is averaging 14 points per game and should provide a safe floor this weekend. The Titans rank 18th vs opposing running backs and I will be happy with a touchdown and combined 85 yards out of Williams as my RB2.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DEEBO SAMUEL- $5500 DRAFTKINGS, $6300 FANDUEL

I preached to pay up at quarterback and running back so I need to find us some value at the receiver position. I’m looking for upside and low ownership and Deebo provides that. The man is involved in the run game and is one of the most targeted 49er when they decide to pass the ball. This game should be higher scoring than last week’s affair with the Vikings so I predict Samuel to have a better game this week. He is averaging 12 points per game on the season and has a nice matchup against the Packers who rank 16th vs opposing wide receivers.

SAMMY WATKINS- $4600 DRAFTKINGS, $5200 FANDUEL

You know it’s a short slate and I’m digging for value when I mention the name Sammy Watkins. But we need value and upside, and Watkins provides that on this slate. He is the number 2 receiver on this Chiefs team and he can provide a long touchdown at any time. This is not a safe play by any means but on a two-game slate I will take Watkins who is averaging 10 points per game on the season. The Titans rank 18th vs opposing wide receivers so let’s hope Watkins takes advantage of that and secures a long touchdown on Sunday.

TIGHT ENDS

TRAVIS KELCE- $7100 DRAFTKINGS, $7800 FANDUEL

If I can afford it I plan to pay up for safety at the tight end position on this slate and lock up my 15+ points and hope the upside comes. For the same reasons I like Mahomes above, Kelce makes for a great stack. The Titans have trouble defending the pass and specifically covering the tight end where they rank 25th against the position. On a two-game slate its slim pickings at tight end, so play it safe and get cute elsewhere.

JONNU SMITH- $3400 DRAFTKINGS, $5600 FANDUEL

We need value on this slate and as long as Kelce doesn’t have a repeat performance Jonnu Smith should be a safe play at his price. He made a remarkable catch versus the Ravens last week and gets a dream matchup this week. Even if I pay up for Kelce at tight end I don’t mind playing Smith in my flex position for a great value. The Chiefs are towards the bottom of the league defending the tight end and rank 28th so lock in Smith for one of the best point per dollar option on the slate.

DEFENSES

49ERS- $3200 DRAFTKINGS, $4600 FANDUEL

The 49ers defense looked unstoppable last game versus the Vikings. The held the Vikings to 7 first downs the entire game, 0 first downs via the rush, and held them to 0 first downs over a 27-minute span of the game. Keep it simple and play the 49ers at home. I know Aaron Rodgers is on the other side of the ball and he wants to stick it to the Niners for not drafting him but this defense is too good and Rodgers doesn’t have enough weapons beside him.

PACKERS- $2700 DRAFTKINGS, $4000 FANDUEL

The Packers are my value defense at almost minimum price on both sites. The Packers are my default value defense because I’m staying away from the Chiefs vs Titans game. Add the fact they are facing off against the unproven playoff arm of Jimmy G and we have some nice upside at the price so click the button and hope for the best. Jimmy will make a mistake or two and hopefully the Packers defense can do some damage.

QUARTERBACKS

LAMAR JACKSON- $8400 DRAFTKINGS, $9400 FANDUEL

Lamar Jackson is the soon to be MVP and will be asked to put on a performance to carry these Ravens to a Super Bowl championship. Lamar’s season rivals the top running backs of the league and if this trend continues through the playoffs he will be winning everyone who rosters him a bunch of money. Jackson is averaging 29 fantasy points per game, with over 3000 passing yards, and 1200 rushing yards. He has been super consistent and his bad performances have still crushed other quarterbacks on the slate. If the Titans can keep up with the Ravens, Lamar should carve up this 24th ranked pass defense and lock in 25+ points.

PATRICK MAHOMES- $7500 DRAFTKINGS, $8600 FANDUEL

Mahomes has a chip on his shoulder and weapons to do something about it. He has a ceiling as high as Lamar Jackson with a similar floor as well. On top of his talent and weapons around him he also has the best matchup on the board facing the 29th ranked defense versus the quarterback. Playoff slates are tough, but I feel confident locking up my 20+ points with one of the two top quarterbacks and digging for value at the other skilled positions.

RUNNING BACKS

AARON JONES-  $7400 DRAFTKINGS, $8200 FANDUEL

Jones is having a breakout season and he will continue his run in a home matchup versus the Seahawks. Jones reminds me of a mini version of Derrick Henry at a nice price discount. He hasn’t accumulated as many yards from scrimmage but he matched him with 19 touchdowns on the season. Jones is the focal point in this Green Bay offense and will be used heavily in a matchup versus the Seahawks. The Seahawks will get gashed by the Packer run game and have had issues stopping the run all season. Game script will also be in Aaron’s favor which should lead to extra carries in the fourth quarter so ride him to value.

DAMIEN WILLIAMS- $6000 DRAFTKINGS, $6900 FANDUEL

To pay up for a quarterback and other skilled positions we need to find some value and Williams provides that. Towards the end of the season, Williams was used more heavily and flashed some upside. I see the Chiefs dominating this game on both sides of the ball and I want the cheap exposure to this offense and I get that with Williams. My strategy will be to run 1 lineup with Williams and the Chiefs defense and another lineup with Mahomes with Kelce or Hill.

WIDE RECEIVERS

DEEBO SAMUEL- $5200 DRAFTKINGS, $6100 FANDUEL

Samuel is a rookie wide receiver who has the upside to win you a tournament. He’s elusive when he gets the ball in his hands and he provides the upside, low ownership, and value we need to separate us from the field. Pair that with the fact that the Vikings rank 26th against opposing wide receivers and we should have a breakout performance. As long as the Vikings stay in the game late we could see some fireworks out of Deebo. Samuel is more of a tournament play for me than a cash game play.

ADAM THIELEN- $6200 DRAFTKINGS, $6900 FANDUEL

Adam Thielen is an elite wide receiver priced like a mid-tier player. Thielen, for the most part, has been resting since week 9 but will play a major role if the Vikings can keep this close.  The Vikings should be playing from behind in this game and will have to score to keep up. Similar to last week I want to take advantage of the price discount coupled with the game script factor. Thielen is a safe cash game play with tournament upside in the mid-range to lock into your lineups and build around.

TIGHT ENDS

TRAVIS KELCE- $6400 DRAFTKINGS, $7500 FANDUEL

I plan to pay up for safety at the tight end position on this slate and lock up my 10+ points and hope the upside comes. For the same reasons I like Mahomes above, Kelce makes for a great stack. The Texans have trouble defending the pass and specifically covering the tight end where they rank 19th against the position. On a four-game slate its slim pickings at tight end, so play it safe and get cute elsewhere.

MARK ANDREWS- $5600 DRAFTKINGS, $6800 FANDUEL

Andrews is the safest Raven to stack with Lamar Jackson. The hope with Andrews is that he breaks the slate with one of his 20 point performances while all the other tight ends cap out at 10 points or less. He has four 20+ point performances on the season and could be in line for his fifth. Tennessee struggles defending the pass ranking 24th in passing yards per game and also rank 23rd covering the tight end. Lock up Andrews in all of your Jackson stacks and feel free to play in both cash and tournaments.

DEFENSES

CHIEFS- $3200 DRAFTKINGS, $4200 FANDUEL

I will set the over/under on Watson stacks at 5 and I believe the Chiefs go over it. The Bills are not a sack heavy team and they got to Watson all day long and accumulated a ton of fantasy points strictly on sacks. The Chiefs are cheap, playing at home, and are facing an offensive line who can’t protect their quarterback. Take the discount with the Chiefs and watch them bring the heat and force turnovers all day long.

VIKINGS- $2700 DRAFTKINGS, $3700 FANDUEL

The Vikings are my value defense at almost minimum price on both sites. We saw what this defense did on the road versus Drew Brees, Michael Thomas, and the Saints offense. On paper, this should be an easier matchup for this Defense and I like the price. The Vikings have been consistently good all season and average nine fantasy points per game as a defense. Add the fact they are facing off against the unproven playoff arm of Jimmy G and we have some nice upside at the price so click the button and hope for the best.

QUARTERBACKS

DREW BREES- $6600 DRAFTKINGS, $8500 FANDUEL

Brees should be the safest quarterback of the slate. Safe for cash games while still providing the upside needed for tournaments. He has averaged 22 DraftKings points on the season and is coming off four straight strong performances. The fact the Saints are at home playing in the dome gives him and this offense a boost as well. Vegas has this game as the highest total of the weekend which bodes well for the entire offense. Pair Brees with Thomas in cash games and thank me later.

RUSSELL WILSON- $6800 DRAFTKINGS, $7900 FANDUEL

Wilson will have to do everything in order for the Seahawks to win on the road in Philadelphia. They will need him to lead the offense through the air and the ground. His dual-threat capabilities put him as one of the top quarterbacks of the slate for me. It’s a road matchup and a flight across the country but it’s a soft matchup against the 21st ranked defense against quarterbacks. Russell is averaging 21 points per game and I’m expecting more in a high scoring shootout in Philadelphia.

RUNNING BACKS

ALVIN KAMARA-  $7400 DRAFTKINGS, $8200 FANDUEL

I think the running back position makes or breaks you this weekend. I love the run that Derrick Henry has been on this season but I’m going to fade him in a matchup versus the New England Patriots. Alvin Kamara has been picking up steam towards the end of the season and I like the spot for him. The Vikings rank 14th against opposing running backs and I have the Saints winning this one easy with Kamara carrying heavy workload on the ground and as a receiver as well. He is a slightly better value on DraftKings but I will have him on FanDuel as well.

JAMES WHITE- $5700 DRAFTKINGS, $6200 FANDUEL

At the time I’m writing this there are some questions marks at the running back position with certain players questionable. So make sure you check the reports prior to game time. You will need value out of one of your running back positions and I think White is the way to go. Especially on sites like DraftKings which are a full point per reception. Playing New England running backs is always a scary situation but the floor White gets in receiving yards helps make the decision easier.

WIDE RECEIVERS

MICHAEL THOMAS- $9300 DRAFTKINGS, $8900 FANDUEL

Michael Thomas finished the season with more receiving yards, receptions, and touchdowns than some entire teams receiving cores. He has been super consistent and will be the number 1 option every time Brees drops back to pass. He will be high owned for good reason but also will be a lock in my lineup. I have him outscoring any positional player with the best overall matchup on the board going against the Vikings secondary which ranks 29th against opposing wide receivers. Lock Thomas in and get cute with other players in your lineup.

ADAM THIELEN- $6200 DRAFTKINGS, $6200 FANDUEL

Adam Thielen is an elite wide receiver priced like a mid-tier player. Thielen, for the most part, has been resting since week 9 but should play a major role if the Vikings can keep this close. The way to attack the Saints is through the air where they rank 25th against opposing wide receivers. The Vikings should be playing from behind in this game and will have to score  to keep up. I will be stacking this game up from the Saints side and I think Thielen is the best player to run it back with. If you don’t like Thielen feel free playing Lockett, Metcalf, or John Brown as other options.

TIGHT ENDS

JACOB HOLLISTER- $4300 DRAFTKINGS, $5700 FANDUEL

I want to attack Philadelphia through the air and will be rostering Wilson with the Seattle receiving core. Hollister has been a steady force in the offense during the second half of the season and I’m calling for a touchdown this weekend. With Hollister as the third option for Seattle he should be in for at least a 5 reception and 50 yard receiving game which locks him in as a solid value play at tight end. Once he finds his way into the end zone he crushes value and becomes the difference maker in your lineup.

DALLAS GOEDERT- $5200 DRAFTKINGS, $6700 FANDUEL

With Ertz still questionable Goedert is the premier target at tight end. He will be very highly owned and the top tight end play if Ertz is out. Seattle is one of the worst defenses in the league covering the tight end and currently ranks 30th. Whether Ertz is in or out Goedert is a strong play. The only reason you fade him is if you want to play the ownership game and hope he goes over-owned and underperforms like he did last week.

DEFENSES

SAINTS- $3000 DRAFTKINGS, $4700 FANDUEL

The Saints are a safe defense playing at home with upside. They bring pressure and are facing an injury-plagued offense in the Vikings. They force turnovers and have 51 sacks on the season so we should see a solid game at of them here.

BILLS- $3100 DRAFTKINGS, $4000 FANDUEL

I like the Bills to win this game outright and upset the Texans on the road. If you make sports investments I like taking the bills with the points and like them for value at defense on FanDuel specifically. We need savings where we can find them and with all the variance with defenses, I’ll gladly take the discount. They have averaged 8 points per game on the season and the Texans have trouble protecting the quarterback. We should see 3-5 sacks and a turnover in this one and I believe the Bills will try to control the clock and slow this game down.

QUARTERBACKS

MATT RYAN- $6500 DRAFTKINGS, $7800 FANDUEL

Matt Ryan strolls into Week 17 with a dream matchup vs the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Ryan has been super consistent all season and is averaging 21.9 DraftKings points per game. Tampa Bay is allowing 269 passing yards per game and ranks 23rd against opposing quarterbacks. This is not a game with playoff implications but I will target it for the shootout potential and high over-under. The ideal pairing would be with either Julio Jones or Austin Hooper for your stack.

JAMEIS WINSTON- $6600 DRAFTKINGS, $8100 FANDUEL

I mentioned above that this game has zero playoff implications which worries me a bit but it’s still a game to target due to it being the highest total of the slate at 48 points. Winston is far from perfect and not the quarterback that I would build my franchise around but I don’t mind playing him for DFS purposes. He has averaged 23 points per game and has 30-40 point upside. Combine that with the fact weather shouldn’t be a concern in Tampa and this Atlanta defense is suspect to say the least and we have the upside we need with Winston. We can find a cheap pairing with Howard or Watson and stack them with Winston in Week 17.

RUNNING BACKS

SAQUON BARKLEY-  $8700 DRAFTKINGS, $9300 FANDUEL
I will play the trends and if you have followed my column the last 2 weeks I was on Barkley. I told everyone I was doubling down on him last week and I will continue playing him for a 3rd straight week. Barkley has reclaimed his role just in time for fantasy drafts next season where he will be in the mix again in the top 5. Barkley is coming off a 33 and 46 point performance the last 2 weeks and now faces the Eagles with upset on his mind. Narratives are a real thing and I think Barkley would like nothing more than to end the season strong and ruin the day for their rivals in the Eagles.

AARON JONES- $8200 DRAFTKINGS, $8000 FANDUEL

Aaron Jones has quietly scored 19 touchdowns on the season and I can almost guarantee he will hit 20 before the end of the season. Jones has averaged 21 fantasy points per game and has come on strong towards the end of the season. This matchup versus the Lions is one of the best on paper and I think the Packers will dominate this game and exploit the weak run defense of the Lions. Detroit ranks 29th against opposing running backs and Jones should be a lock of 1-2 touchdowns and another 100 yard game in week 17.

WIDE RECEIVERS

JULIO JONES- $8500 DRAFTKINGS, $8500 FANDUEL
Just like Saquon Barkley, Julio Jones is making a late-season push for next year’s fantasy drafts. He is coming off of a 41 and 29 point performance the past 2 weeks and should be in line for another monster game versus the Buccaneers. As the time I am writing this Julio has had limited practice participation so keep an eye on the reports but this has been the case in previous weeks. If Julio plays he will be a top 5 wide receiver by the day’s end. If for any reason he misses pivot to Russel Gage for an extreme value.
A.J. BROWN- $7000 DRAFTKINGS, $7200 FANDUEL
A.J. Brown will be looking to eclipse the 1000 yard mark in Week 17 and with only 73 yards to go, I believe he finds a way to exceed the mark. He has been great in 4 of the last 5 games and has exceeded 25 DraftKings points in the 3 of the 5. He gets a great matchup in Week 17 versus the 22nd ranked team versus wide receivers. Houston has been beaten through the air and has allowed 270 yards per game passing. I love the pairing of Tannehill to Brown in my tournament lineups on both sites.

TIGHT ENDS

TYLER HIGBEE $5600 DRAFTKINGS, $6900 FANDUEL

The late-season trends continue and this article is feeling more like a second half of the season awards show. This is Higbee’s fantasy performance over the past 4 weeks on DraftKings: 26.7, 21.6, 26.1, and 22.4. That’s the best tight end streak that I can remember, and I would bet my fantasy dollars that continues in Week 17. Just like the rest of the tight ends all season Higbee lit up the Cardinals for 26.7 fantasy points in Week 13 and he will be a lock in all my lineups at tight end.

AUSTIN HOOPER- $5800 DRAFTKINGS, $6000 FANDUEL

Hooper started the season very strong and then went down with an injury and hasn’t really been the same. A matchup versus the Buccaneers should change things for him. Hooper has averaged 15 points per game and provides a safe floor at a volatile tight end position. Factor that with how bad Tampa Bay covers the tight end, almost a league-worst 29th and we should have a safe floor with upside for both cash games and tournaments.

DEFENSES

PACKERS- $3000 DRAFTKINGS, $4800 FANDUEL

The Green Bay Packers have rounded out to a balanced team on both sides and their defense has been consistently good over the past 4 weeks. The Lions have all but given up on the season and I love to see a matchup of a solid defense fighting for playoff seeding versus a team full of injuries and an unstable quarterback. The Packers provide a nice value on both sites along with a solid floor to mold your lineups with.

STEELERS- $3000 DRAFTKINGS, $3500 FANDUEL

The Steelers defense was priced down on both sites prior to the announcement that the Ravens will be sitting most of their offensive starters. They went from having to defend the future MVP, Lamar Jackson, to now a matchup against RGIII and a crew full of backups. Combine that with the fact the Steelers have something to play for and we have a great value defense. The Steelers defense has averaged 11 points per game, has a great matchup, and is the best salary saving defense with upside in Week 17.

QUARTERBACKS

LAMAR JACKSON- $8000 DRAFTKINGS, $9300 FANDUEL

Lamar Jackson is the favorite for the MVP and has received the most votes for the Pro Bowl. There is a very good chance he won’t be attending the Pro Bowl because these Ravens are for real. Not too long ago, Jackson was sitting in the green room of the NFL draft with his head down waiting to be drafted. He was left as the last man in the room and is now he is carving up defenses and taking names. Take advantage of his dual-threat capabilities in Week 16 and let others make the mistake of not paying up for him in cash games. I love Lamar in a dream matchup versus the Browns for both cash games and tournaments so find value elsewhere and lock him in.

DAK PRESCOTT- $6400 DRAFTKINGS, $8000 FANDUEL

This is a must-win game for Dak Prescott and the Cowboys versus their in-division rival Philadelphia Eagles. Prescott wasn’t needed much in a Week 7 massacre of the Eagles when he put up 21 points in a 37-10 victory. This time he will be going on the road and I expect more of a back and forth game where Dak will be needed to throw for four quarters. Prescott has averaged 23 points on the season and gets a cupcake matchup versus the 23rd ranked defense against opposing quarterbacks. This secondary will be exploitable and I love the Prescott to Cooper stack for tournaments.

RUNNING BACKS

SAQUON BARKLEY- $8300 DRAFTKINGS, $8800 FANDUEL

I had Saquon higher than most professionals last week and I will double down on the call this week. He’s coming off a 33 point performance on DraftKings in Week 15 and I can see a way he matches or exceeds that in Week 16. The Redskins are ranked 27th against opposing running backs which should leave gaping holes for Barkley in both the running and passing game. I like Barkley for both cash and tournaments and I believe he outscores all the other top-end backs who have tougher matchups this week.

JOE MIXON- $6600 DRAFTKINGS, $7800 FANDUEL

Over the course of the season, I have yet to call on Mixon or many Bengals to carry my fantasy teams, but this will be the week to buy low on Mixon on DraftKings at $6600. Mixon is coming off 3 strong games against tough defenses and now gets to carve up a league-worst run defense in the Miami Dolphins. Barkley just dropped 33 points on this Dolphin defense and at this price on DraftKings I will be happy with a 20+ point performance. Mixon has two consecutive 100 yard games and I think he is line for a third straight in Week 16.

WIDE RECEIVERS

MICHAEL THOMAS- $7700 DRAFTKINGS, $9000 FANDUEL

The award for the top fantasy wide receiver this year goes to Michael Thomas and it’s not even close. He has gone for 33 fantasy points in his last two games and is averaging 25 on the season. Thomas should be a lock in your cash games and the first receiver chosen. Find value elsewhere and find a way to lock in Thomas versus the 19th worst defense against wide receivers. Barring any injury, I don’t see any way he gets less than 20+ points versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 16.

AMARI COOPER- $7200 DRAFTKINGS, $7700 FANDUEL

I like to target Amari Cooper more when he’s playing at home in Dallas but this matchup is too juicy to turn down. Like I stated above this is a must-win for Dallas if they want to make a playoff run and I believe Cooper steps up and claims his title of an “Elite Receiver” after this game. He has a safe floor on the season and has averaged 17 points per game. Couple that with the fact he is going against an Eagles secondary who ranks 27th against opposing wide receivers and we now have a safe floor with high upside. Cooper hauled in 5 receptions for 106 yards in their first matchup and I think he outdoes that in Week 16.

TIGHT ENDS

ZACK ERTZ- $6400 DRAFTKINGS, $6900 FANDUEL

With all the injuries the Eagles have on offense Ertz is the safe way to attack this Cowboys defense. The Eagles will have to keep pace with the Cowboys in what I expect to be a high scoring back and forth affair. Ertz is getting the majority of targets in the passing game and is the first option whenever they get in the red zone. He has the upside to double the points of any tight end of the slate and is averaging 15 points per game. He comes in as my number 1 overall play at tight end in Week 16.

JACOB HOLLISTER– $4200 DRAFTKINGS, $5700 FANDUEL

There is a simple rule in fantasy football over the past 3 years. Target the tight end against the Arizona Cardinals. For whatever reason, the Cardinals love to leave tight ends wide open every single week and that is the reason I will be targeting Hollister. Take the discount with Hollister who has come on towards the end of the season and pay up at wide receiver instead. This should be a double-digit game for Hollister and I wouldn’t be surprised if he found a way to exceed 15 or even 20 DraftKings points this week.

DEFENSES

RAVENS- $4000 DRAFTKINGS, $4500 FANDUEL

This Raven defense is getting stronger every week and I believe they are a true Super Bowl contender. I think this week they make another strong statement by embarrassing Baker Mayfield. I personally think Mayfield is less than mediocre and the Ravens will apply pressure all day and force him to make mistakes, take sacks, and crumble with frustration. This receiving core has already abandoned ship. The Ravens are smelling blood in the water and will be fishing for turnovers.

BRONCOS- $3500 DRAFTKINGS, $5000 FANDUEL

The Broncos get a home matchup in the cold confines of mile high. This Denver defense is better than people believe and I think they go under-owned this week. After an impressive Thanksgiving day game David Blough and this Lion offense has sputtered. Blough has 5 turnovers now in 3 games and should be in line for a couple more in Week 16. Lock in these Broncos at home for both cash games and tournaments.

QUARTERBACKS

RYAN TANNEHILL- $6500 DRAFTKINGS, $7600 FANDUEL

Ryan Tannehill is on an impressive 7 game run after taking over for Marcus Mariota. I would have never thought at the beginning of the season I would be writing Tannehill’s name in a DFS writeup but here we are. Not only has he forced the franchise quarterback to the bench but Tannehill is averaging 19 points per game this season. Now he gets a dream matchup at home versus the Texans who rank 30th against quarterbacks. I love Tannehill for a low owned value play on both sites in Week 15.

JIMMY GAROPPOLO- $6100 DRAFTKINGS, $8400 FANDUEL

Coming off monster game versus a good New Orleans Saints defense on the road Garoppolo gets a cupcake matchup versus the Atlanta Falcons. This 49er team are true super bowl contenders and their leader is averaging 18 fantasy points per game this season and has massive upside in this matchup. The Falcons rank 24th against opposing quarterbacks and if this game stays close I like Jimmy to hit value on both sites.

RUNNING BACKS

DERRICK HENRY- $8500 DRAFTKINGS, $9400 FANDUEL

Is Derrick Henry the most improved player in the NFL this season? The man is a consistent workhorse with high upside who has been posting McCaffrey type numbers the last 5 weeks. Henry is averaging 20 fantasy points per game and gets a nice matchup at home against the Texans who rank 27th against opposing running backs. Keep an eye on his injury tag going into the week and if you see any news of limiting touches or a worsening injury I would advise pivoting to Dalvin Cook who also has a nice matchup versus the Chargers.

CHRIS CARSON- $7500 DRAFTKINGS, $7400 FANDUEL

Chris Carson is in for a big workload if he can hold on to the ball in Week 15. With Rashaad Penny out for the season, Carson should be on the field in what is a must-win game for the Seahawks. Even with all the ups and downs of the season, Carson is still averaging 16 fantasy points per game. He should have a nice floor and ceiling this week versus the Panthers and their league worse run defense. Carson should be a lock on both FanDuel and DraftKings in both your cash games and tournaments.

WIDE RECEIVERS

CHRIS GODWIN- $7700 DRAFTKINGS, $8400 FANDUEL

The trend this week is to target players whose workload has increased due to injuries around them. Chris Godwin is in line for more targets and receptions with Mike Evans out for this week and possibly the rest of the season. We had issues deciding between the two receivers every week but now the decision is clear. Let’s lock up Godwin who is averaging 21 points per game against the Lions who rank 25th against opposing wide receivers.

KENNY GOLLADAY- $7200 DRAFTKINGS, $7900 FANDUEL

Let’s stay in Detroit in what looks to be a shootout game versus the Buccaneers. I love to target dome games during the winter months so I don’t have to worry about snow, wind, and harsh elements. Combine that with the fact Golladay is averaging 17 points per game and facing a Buccaneers team who rank 32nd against opposing wide receivers, and we got ourselves a winner. Golladay has surpassed 1000 yards receiving this year and has 5 games of 100+ yards so the upside and consistency are there for another solid week ahead.

TIGHT ENDS

GEORGE KITTLE- $6200 DRAFTKINGS, $7200 FANDUEL

Kittle is coming off a big game and some late-game heroics in the win versus the New Orleans Saints. Kittle is Jimmy G’s favorite target and a safe play at tight end in Week 15. He is averaging 15 fantasy points per game and the Falcons rank 24th against opposing tight ends this season. I think the combination of Garoppolo and Kittle provide a nice cash floor for your cash lineups.

ZACH ERTZ– $6000 DRAFTKINGS, $6700 FANDUEL

With all the injuries the Eagles have on offense Ertz is the safe way to attack this Redskins defense. Ertz is getting the majority of targets in the passing game and is the first option whenever they get in the red zone. He has the upside to double the points of any tight end of the slate and is averaging 15 points per game. He comes in as my number 1 overall play at tight end in Week 15.

DEFENSES

PATRIOTS- $4000 DRAFTKINGS, $5000 FANDUEL

Coming off a back to back losses the Patriots have to show up versus the Bengals in Week 15. This is a get right spot for the Patriots and let’s not forget their defense is averaging 15 fantasy points per game this season. The Bengals offense has struggled all year and I expect that to continue when the Patriots come into town.

CHIEFS- $3500 DRAFTKINGS, $3900 FANDUEL

This Chiefs defense has quietly gotten better as the season has progressed. They have been solid in their last 3 games and are averaging 8 fantasy points per game on the season. I have not yet bought in on Lock and I think he faces a tough task going on the road to Arrowhead stadium. I think the Chiefs bring pressure and cause some turnovers and hopefully push into double digits this week.
