Georgia football recruiting is among the numerous top schools for 2021 defensive end Jonathan Jefferson. Jefferson plays high school football at Douglas County High School. His hometown is Douglasville, Georgia.

Jefferson is a four-star recruit and has quite some time to make his commitment decision. Jefferson can help Georgia’s recently rejuvenated defensive line. Jefferson announced his top schools yesterday via Twitter:

With fifteen schools left, it’s hard to say what direction he’ll go in next. Jefferson would be the third commitment in UGA’s class of 2021. Georgia currently has the 23rd ranked class of 2021 and a top five class in 2020.

Following Georgia’s huge game in the 2019 SEC Championship against LSU, Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs will briefly focus on recruiting before the bowl game. Will Georgia play in the College Football Playoff, likely against Clemson, several weeks from now? Watch the SEC Championship to find out!

The Georgia Bulldogs are among the top five schools for Dontae Manning. Manning is a 2020 four-star cornerback from Kansas City, Missouri. He plays for Raytown High School.

Today, Manning announced his top five schools (Georgia, Oklahoma, Oregon, Arizona State, and Texas A&M) via Twitter:

Georgia offered Manning this July. The four-star corner is expected to take an official visit to Athens the 13th of December. The early-signing period ends the 18th of December, so it’d be one of Manning’s last visits before that date.

With the class of 2020 signing day approaching soon, the Bulldogs are still in the hunt for several prospects. Georgia currently has sixteen commitments and is looking to add more talented recruits to the class of 2020.

Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs are also in the mix for five-star corner Kelee Ringo. Ringo is projected to pick UGA.

Georgia basketball signs four 2020 recruits for incoming class

The Georgia basketball team signed four 2020 recruits for its incoming class this week

The Georgia men’s basketball program recently signed four 2020 prospects, after starting the season at 2-0.

Coach Crean and the Bulldogs host Georgia Tech on Wednesday at Stegeman Coliseum, but have already inked four of their targeted recruits for next year’s team.

Mikal Starks, Jonathan Ned, Josh Taylor and KD Johnson signed with Georgia and will look to set the tone for the 2020 class, after one of the best finishes in school history in 2019.

Starks, a junior college three-star, is a native of Cocoa, Florida. The 6’0″, 180-pound point guard will bring added depth an already guard-heavy Georgia roster, which is expected to lose at least Crump and Edwards after this season.

Ned, a 6’9″, 200-pound teammate of Starks’ at Eastern Florida State, is also a three-star looking to reshape the Bulldog basketball program.

Meanwhile, Taylor is a four-star power forward out of Norcross, who signed with the Bulldogs over in-state rival Georgia Tech, Houston, LSU and more.

And last but not least, Johnson is a 6’1″, 170-pound point guard who chose Georgia over Auburn, Mississippi State and the Yellow Jackets from North Avenue. The Chatham, Virginia native comes in as a three-star, ranked No. 23 in the nation at his position.

Georgia football target, second overall recruit sets commitment date

Georgia Bulldogs recruiting target Jordan Burch set his commitment date. UGA, Clemson, Bama, LSU, and South Carolina are his top five.

Jordan Burch, the second-ranked recruit in the country, announced his commitment date today via Twitter. Burch is a five-star prospect, who has been heavily recruited by Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Burch is an athletic defensive-end with a solid build. He also plays basketball and is from Columbia, South Carolina. He plays high school football at Hammond School.

Burch’s commitment is still a month away:

In Burch’s top schools are: LSU, Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, and South Carolina. He’s projected to join the stacked Clemson Tigers class of 2020. Burch officially visited Georgia in May.

Burch would be an elite addition to Georgia’s talented class of 2020. The Dawgs are still seeking around 8-9 more commitments in their top ten ranked recruiting class.
