Kirby Smart and Georgia football have added a commitment from four-star offensive tackle prospect Aliou Bah. Bah, a former Florida State commit, changed his mind and is now planning to head to Athens, Georgia, for his college football career.

Bah is Kirby Smart’s latest flip. Smart and UGA are looking to flip more elite recruits in the class of 2022. The four-star offensive tackle announced his decision to decommit from FSU to ON3. Bah plays football for IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Bah ranks as the nation’s No. 204 overall player according to Rivals. Bah is ranked as the No. 24 offensive tackle in the class of 2022. He is UGA’s third commitment from an offensive lineman in his class.

Georgia football has landed a commitment from four-star OT Aliou Bah, who was previously committed to FSU.

Four-star offensive tackle prospect Aliou Bah decommitted from the Florida State Seminoles football program a few days ago. Now, Georgia has landed a commitment from Aliou Bah.

Aliou Bah is Kirby Smart’s latest flip. Smart and No. 1-ranked Georgia are looking to flip more elite recruits in the class of 2022. The four-star offensive tackle announced his decision to decommit to ON3. Bah plays for powerhouse IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.

Bah, a 6-foot-5, 325-pound offensive tackle, was previously committed to the Seminoles since early May. Bah announced his commitment to Georgia via his Twitter account:

UGA football now has 19 commitments in the class of 2022, with threee of the Dawgs’ commits being offensive linemen. Matt Luke has done an excellent job of recruiting offensive linemen during his tenure at Georgia.

The IMG Academy star has more than 30 scholarship offers, including Penn State, Florida and Oklahoma.

UGA has 18 commitments in the class of 2022, but only two of the Dawgs’ commits are offensive linemen. Georgia will certainly look to add a few more. Will Bah be the next offensive line prospect to commit to Georgia?

Georgia football adds former Georgia Tech commitment in Grayson offensive guard Griffin Scroggs

The Georgia Bulldogs have added a commitment from class of 2022 offensive lineman Griffin Scroggs. Scroggs, who plays guard for Grayson High School, is rated as a three-star prospect.

Grayson High School was dominant against the highest level of competition in Georgia last season. The Loganville, Georgia, high school football powerhouse won the 2020 state championship.

Scroggs stands at 6-foot-4 and weighs in at 315 pounds. He was previously committed to the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, but announced his decision to decommit on Aug. 2.

The next day, Scroggs announced his commitment to the University of Georgia. Not a bad timeline for Georgia football.

Scroggs had previously committed to Georgia Tech in June.

The three-star offensive line recruit holds numerous scholarship offers, but it appears that his prized offer comes from the home-state Georgia Bulldogs. Georgia offered Scroggs on June 9.

The Grayson High product was recently visiting Athens and spending time with Georgia offensive line coach Matt Luke on June 10. Scroggs took another visit to Georgia on July 31 and this visit cemented his decision to change his mind.

Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs now have 14 commitments in the class of 2022. Scroggs is Georgia’s first offensive lineman to commit in the class. UGA now has the nation’s No. 6 ranked recruiting class.

Don’t worry Georgia Tech fans, you have the No. 36 rated class of 2022, which honestly isn’t too bad for the Yellow Jackets.

Three-star wide receiver recruit Dillon Bell has committed to the Georgia Bulldogs over the Michigan Wolverines. Bell is a class of 2022 prospect.

Dillon Bell plays high school football in Houston, Texas, at The Kinkaid School. Bell played several offensive positions for his team.

Bell received a scholarship offer from the University of Georgia in June. The Bulldogs made Bell’s top eight schools shortly after offering him. Coaches covet versatility and Dillon Bell is quite a versatile player.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound recruit has taken recent visits to Michigan, Minnesota, and Colorado. Bell also runs track for The Kinkaid School. He has over 15 scholarship offers from top college football programs across the country.

Bell committed to Georgia over Baylor, Michigan, Auburn, Houston, Minnesota, Texas A&M, and Mississippi State.

4-star WR Kojo Antwi makes commitment

Four-star wide receiver Kojo Antwi is the latest elite college football recruit to commit to the Ohio State Buckeyes football program

Four-star wide receiver Kojo Antwi has committed to the Ohio State Buckeyes football program. Antwi was a key Georgia Bulldogs and Texas A&M Aggies recruiting target. The Lambert High School star’s recruitment may not be over, but now he’s the latest elite wide receiver to commit to the Buckeyes.

The Suwanee, Georgia, native and the nation’s No. 16 receiver and No. 115 overall player. Antwi is a member of the class of 2022.

The schools vying the strongest for Antwi were Georgia, Texas A&M and Ohio State. Kirby Smart and the Bulldogs were among the favorites, but Ohio State won out in the end.

The Buckeyes have been the nation’s best program at recruiting top-ranked wide receivers since Brian Hartline took over as wide receiver coach. Hartline, a former NFL and Ohio State wide receiver, is among the top recruiting coaches in the country regardless of position.

Antwi is very impressive after the catch. The 6-foot, 190-pound receiver racks up extra yardage after contact similar to former Ohio State star Curtis Samuel.

The four-star wide receiver visited UGA on June 4 and traveled to College Station, Texas, to visit the Aggies one week later. Antwi had USC and Alabama in his most recent top five.

Report: 4-star UGA WR target Kojo Antwi has set his commitment date

According to DawgNation, 4-star wide receiver Kojo Antwi (Lamber High School/Suwanee, Georgia)has set his commitment date.

The nation’s No. 8 ranked receiver and No. 73 overall player (247Sports) will be making his commitment on July 5.

As Brandon Adams of DawgNation said on his podcast, the battle for Antwi is expected to come down to Georgia and Texas A&M.

Antwi made a visit to UGA on June 4 and then a trip to College Station, Texas to visit the Aggies one week later.

Jeff Sentell of DawgNation asked Antwi what the biggest plus is for each of his final schools (Texas A&M, Ohio State and Georgia).

Regarding UGA, Antwi told Sentell:

“The home state. I think the biggest plus is [receivers] Coach [Cortez] Hankton and him being real with me. Him being a genuine guy and wanting to develop me into the best player I can be.”

On a separate topic, Antwi told Sentell “I feel like Georgia made it clear that they were going to throw the ball more this year.”
