The Texas defense has forced another turnover with Marqez Bimage involved again. Bimage forced a the ball out of SaRodorick Thompson’s hands and T’Vondre Sweat pounced on it.

Bimage adds the forced fumble onto his earlier fumble recovery. With the second fumble of the day for Texas Tech, the Longhorns have forced multiple turnovers in a game for the first time since facing TCU.

Jackson committed to his home-state University of Texas after receiving offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, and more. Jackson looks to step in after Sam Ehlinger graduates to continue the tradition of great dual-threat QBs at Texas.

It has been a successful career for Sam Ehlinger so far. In the final game of his third season, Ehlinger has officially surpassed 10,000 career all-purpose yards. Ehlinger’s 10k trails only Longhorn Legend Colt McCoy, who posted 14,824 yards over the course of his esteemed career. Ehlinger still has time to make up ground, as he should return to Texas for his senior year and put up more yardage, perhaps enough to surpass McCoy.

Duvernay excels playing underneath, running crisp routes with reliable hands, great top-end speed, and elite RAC-ability. The senior is the third Longhorn in program history to record 100+ receptions in a year and has certainly made the case for his NFL readiness after this season.

Big 12 Week 14 schedule

Oklahoma and Baylor are already in the Big 12 championship game, but there is plenty to play for this week. Here is the Week 14 schedule.

Even though the Big 12 Championship matchup has already been determined, there is still a lot to play for in this weekend’s matchups. TCU needs a win against West Virginia to keep its five-year bowl streak intact.

More importantly, No. 7 Oklahoma and No. 9 Baylor need wins to keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive. The Bears have an easier matchup as they face the 3-8 Kansas Jayhawks. The Sooners have a rivalry game with in-state foe No. 21 Oklahoma State.
