Kansas City enters Week 4 in last place in the AFC West due in large part to self-sabotage. The Chiefs committed turnovers on the first three drives against the Chargers Sunday, all on L.A.’s side of the field.

Also, Kansas City was upset in Week 2 by the Baltimore Ravens after RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire fumbled on Baltimore’s 34-yard line with 1:25 remaining and the Chiefs down 36-35.

Philadelphia lost outright and against the spread in Weeks 2 and 3 after beating the brakes off of the Atlanta Falcons 32-6 in Week 1. The Eagles abandoned their ground game early against the Cowboys because of their 20-7 first-half deficit.

Chiefs at Eagles head-to-head

This should be dubbed the “Andy Reid Bowl” since the Kansas City head coach previously worked in the same role for Philadelphia.

Reid was the head coach of the Eagles from 1999-2012 and, over that span, Philadelphia won six NFC East titles, advanced to five NFC title games and lost one Super Bowl in 2004.

Since Reid took the Kansas City head coaching gig, the Chiefs have won and covered the spread in both meetings with the Eagles; the most recent being a 27-20 victory in 2017. However, both squads had different quarterbacks under center and this is Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni’s first year on the job.

Panthers at Cowboys head-to-head

Carolina beat Dallas 16-8 in their last meeting during Week 1 of the 2018 season but the Panthers had a different quarterback (Cam Newton) and head coach (Ron Rivera) for that contest.

The Cowboys’ defense did a good job of defending Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey, holding CMC to just 95 yards from scrimmage and keeping him out of the endzone. Conversely, Carolina’s defense held  Elliott to 86 total yards and 1 TD. Prescott threw for 170 yards without a score.

Looking at Sunday’s Seattle Seahawks at San Francisco 49ers Week 4 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

Washington at Falcons head-to-head

This will be the first time the two teams face one another since 2018. Washington leads the all-time series 15-10-1, but the Falcons have won the last six matchups. The last time Washington beat the Falcons was on the road in 2003.

Ryan has never lost to Washington in five starts. He has completed 67.01% of his passes for 1,294, 8 touchdowns and 6 interceptions while being sacked 12 times across those games.

First look: Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos odds and lines

Looking at Sunday’s Baltimore Ravens at Denver Broncos Week 4 NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

The unbeaten Denver Broncos (3-0) will host the Baltimore Ravens (2-1) in Week 4. Kickoff from Empower Field at Mile High will be at 4:25 p.m. ET Sunday. Below, we look at the Ravens vs. Broncos odds and lines; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.

The Ravens actually have a minus-3 point differential despite being 2-1. They lost their opener to the Las Vegas Raiders 33-27 in overtime and then proceeded to beat the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions by a total of three points in the next two weeks. They’re moving the ball on offense with the fifth-most yards per game, but they rank just 26th in points allowed – although that’s understandable after facing the Raiders and Chiefs.

The Broncos have allowed only 26 points all year, ranking first in scoring defense and second in yards allowed. They’re putting up points offensively too, with the 11th-most points and 14th-most yards per game. All three of their wins have been by double-digits, although the combined record of their three opponents is now 0-9. This will be a real test for Denver to find out if this team is legit or a pretender in the AFC West.
