Kansas City enters Week 4 in last place in the AFC West due in large part to self-sabotage. The Chiefs committed turnovers on the first three drives against the Chargers Sunday, all on L.A.’s side of the field.
Also, Kansas City was upset in Week 2 by the Baltimore Ravens after RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire fumbled on Baltimore’s 34-yard line with 1:25 remaining and the Chiefs down 36-35.
Philadelphia lost outright and against the spread in Weeks 2 and 3 after beating the brakes off of the Atlanta Falcons 32-6 in Week 1. The Eagles abandoned their ground game early against the Cowboys because of their 20-7 first-half deficit.

Chiefs at Eagles head-to-head
This should be dubbed the “Andy Reid Bowl” since the Kansas City head coach previously worked in the same role for Philadelphia.
Reid was the head coach of the Eagles from 1999-2012 and, over that span, Philadelphia won six NFC East titles, advanced to five NFC title games and lost one Super Bowl in 2004.
Since Reid took the Kansas City head coaching gig, the Chiefs have won and covered the spread in both meetings with the Eagles; the most recent being a 27-20 victory in 2017. However, both squads had different quarterbacks under center and this is Philadelphia head coach Nick Sirianni’s first year on the job.
