Adam Sandler gushed about Taylor Swift to Travis and Jason Kelce on the New Heights Season 3 premiere

The comedy icon had high praise for the 14-time Grammy winner.

The New Heights podcast is back, and it returned for its third season with a bang. Hosted by brothers and football stars Jason and Travis Kelce, New Heights kicked things off with legendary comedian Adam Sandler. The Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison star joined the brothers to chat on a variety of topics, including (of course) movies, football and Taylor Swift.

Swift, who has been dating Travis Kelce for just over a year, is a favorite of Sandler and his daughters. The Big Daddy funny man went into extreme detail about why he loves the 14-time Grammy winner, including an anecdote about seeing her at the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour movie premiere.

A wonderful sentiment from Sandler, who also said that Swift is one of the stars he gets nervous around, even if it’s just because he doesn’t want to embarrass his kids.

Alright nah! New Heights with Travis and Jason Kelce is back for Season 3; here’s when you can hear it

New Heights is finally back!

We are FINALLY getting the New Heights podcast back after Travis and Jason Kelce took some time off — in that time, Jason was at the Paris Olympics and Travis was at Kansas City Chiefs camp, and the both of them inked an expensive deal with Amazon’s Wondery for the podcast.

When is Season 3 premiering? Glad you asked. Here’s the answer: it’ll be back on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. Hopefully, we’ll hear about Paris, about Travis and Taylor Swift reuniting recently in Rhode Island and maybe something about the Chiefs’ upcoming season.

Here’s their hype video as we get ready for the new episode to drop on Wednesday:

Travis and Jason Kelce just made so much money in a New Heights podcast deal with Amazon’s Wondery

The Kelce brothers just made a ton of money with this deal.

Thanks to the so-called 92%-ers, the Kelce brothers just made $100 million.

Per Variety, Amazon’s Wondery just paid over $100 million over three years to distribute their New Heights podcast, which includes “exclusive rights to monetize and distribute audio and video podcast episodes.”

Travis and Jason Kelce had a solid dad joke to make about this deal in a statement provided to the publication:

“We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of ‘New Heights,’” it read. “We love this show, and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons. Wondery understands the shared vision and will offer a wealth of experience and resources to take us to ‘New Heights’! We are going to create some groundbreaking moments together through this partnership. We are thrilled to start Season 3 — see you soon, 92%ers!”

Given that Travis’s Kansas City Chiefs season will start soon, it feels like we’re getting the show back soon from its hiatus, and it’ll be with Wondery. Maybe we’ll hear about Travis and Taylor Swift reuniting recently after the European leg of the Eras Tour ended.

Sorry, 92%ers and Swifties: New Heights podcast with Travis and Jason Kelce is going on hiatus

We’ll miss hearing from the Kelce brothers for a couple of months.

Don’t panic, everyone!

The always-entertaining New Heights podcast just finished its second season with a bang, highlighting Travis Kelce’s appearance on stage with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

But you won’t hear Travis and his brother Jason Kelce for a while. As they announced on the latest episode, they’ll have a couple of months off as Travis gets ready for Kansas City Chiefs training camp. The tight end noted that there was no way he’d have time to podcast in training camp, which makes sense.

So when will it return? No official word, but training camp ends after August 15. So maybe we’ll hear from them later that month?

Travis and Jason Kelce gush over Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour London show and meeting Prince William on New Heights

The Kelce brothers recapped an amazing trip to London to see Taylor Swift and Prince William.

It’s the New Heights podcast episode you’ve all been waiting for.

After Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie joined his brother Travis for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour stop in London, the Kelce brothers recorded a podcast episode in Great Britain, and of course they had to talk about the experience (although it seems like it was recorded before Travis got on stage for the third night in London).

As you’ll hear below, they talked about how amazing Swift is on stage, how the 22 hat moment made Jason tear up, and how meeting Prince William was incredible (despite Jason saying “[Expletive] kings” last week):

Seriously amazing. What a time!

Travis Kelce tried so hard to cut off Jason Kelce saying ‘[Expletive] kings’ during New Heights before Prince William meeting

Oops!

If only Jason Kelce had known what was coming, he may not have said what he said on the New Heights podcast recently.

He and his brother Travis Kelce were talking about royalty, and Jason noted, “I’m out on honoring kings, because we’re Americans, we don’t do royalty. So, [expletive] kings.”

You can see Travis — who might have known that he would be meeting Prince William of the United Kingdom later that week at Taylor Swift’s Eras Show — do the universal sign of “SHUT THE HECK UP!” but to no avail.

So Travis tried to clean things up, which is doubly hilarious (WARNING: NSFW LANGUAGE AHEAD!):

Travis Kelce doesn’t give a ‘[expletive]’ about the Chiefs Super Bowl ring typo

“I like it that we didn’t give a [expletive] about what seed Miami was.”

Yes, yes, the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl ring does indeed have a typo, listing the Miami Dolphins by their wrong playoff seed number. No big deal, right?

And that’s the direction Travis Kelce is taking when it comes to the erroneous ring, as he discussed on the latest New Heights podcast with his brother, Jason.

“I don’t give a [expletive]. I like it that we didn’t give a [expletive] about what seed Miami was,” Travis remarked. “Who cares?”

He went on to talk about how unique and exclusive the rings are now, because they “screwed up about something that means nothing.”

Travis Kelce says Secret Service members told him they’d Tase him if he went up to the White House podium

Turns out Travis Kelce wasn’t kidding about possibly getting Tased.

Travis Kelce looked like he had a great time at the White House with his Kansas City Chiefs teammates. He even got to speak at the podium, joking about potentially getting Tased.

Um, about that. Turns out he wasn’t kidding.

On the most recent New Heights Podcast, he broke down the trip and said that given his little podium stunt last year, he was told by a few Secret Service members, “You know if you go up to that podium, we’re authorized to Tase you.”

Luckily, he was invited up to the podium by President Joe Biden and had no idea that would happen.

Check it out, starting at around the 31-minute mark (WARNING: NSFW language ahead!):

Travis Kelce has incredible cussing efficiency on New Heights according to a swear jar started by a fan

Sure, Travis swears a lot, but now it’s for a good cause.

One fan of the New Heights podcast has a new responsibility.

Since the October 11 show of the popular show hosted by Jason and Travis Kelce, Elaine (@Elaine_V29 on Twitter) has been keeping track of the swearing habits of the brothers.

Back in October, the brothers wondered if they should create a swear jar and donate the proceeds to charity. Well, Elaine has them covered, and the results were staggering. Jason Kelce, a former center for the Philadelphia Eagles, clocked in at 366 swears.

When Jason announced his current swear count, little brother Travis was floored. “You cussed 366 times?” the Kansas City tight end said with disbelief.

Then Travis heard his numbers. In just 33 shows, Travis has dropped something deemed NSFW by Elaine a mind-blowing 2,135 times. “Two thousand is just a random number, there’s no way.”

That shakes out to just shy of 65 swears per show (SPS) for Travis and just over 11 SPS for Jason (please note our math is slightly different than the clip). Considering each episode clocks in around 75 minutes, Travis is looking at a swear every 52 seconds or so.

While they aren’t sure yet what charity this will benefit or how it will all shake out, they do know that Elaine is now “the official transcriber of the Kelce Swear Jar” and that she will have a say in what they end up doing with the information.

Travis Kelce got trolled by Jason Kelce for 1 dad move at Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour on New Heights podcast

Jason Kelce trolled his brother Travis for pulling a dad move during Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.

On the latest New Heights podcast with his brother Jason, Travis Kelce didn’t hold back on how he felt about Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show that he attended in Paris last week.

He had “a blast at Tay’s show” and told everyone to go see the new version of the tour with the additions of Tortured Poets Department performances, calling it “absolutely unbelievable.”

The funny part was Jason teased him (he called it an “Ed Kelce move,” as in what their dad would do) for using his flash to film during the show, as fans noted on social media that night.

“I was just trying to get some good video, some good memories,” Travis said. “Did I get clowned for that? Sorry!”

He also teased that he might be seen in other spots around the world this offseason, so I’m sure we’ll see him at other Eras Tour stops before the Kansas City Chiefs’ season starts.
