Fans immediately drew a connection to the fashion mogul with the new track on The Tortured Poets Department.

Taylor Swift’s newest album dropped at midnight on Thursday as the 14-time Grammy winner surprised with 31 new songs on The Tortured Poets Department. While there were tracks that seemed to tell the stories of heartbreak with ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn and her short-lived follow-up relationship with singer Matty Healy, one song stood out to fans.

Based on the lyrics and cryptic capitalizations in “thanK you aIMee,” Swifties quickly put it together that it might be about Swift’s longstanding feud with Kim Kardashian.

Swift has had beef with Kardashian and her ex-husband, Kanye West, for years, stemming back to West’s lyrics mentioning Swift in his song “Famous” and the phone call between the artists that was leaked in 2016.

The song details the pain “Aimee” put her through, but says “… I can’t forget the way you made me heal.”

Well, that didn’t take long.

Swifties all jumped on the midnight release of Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department, and with an extra release of 15 (!) surprise songs, there was so much to take in through Friday morning.

Yet some Taylor Swift fans have already edited videos of Travis Kelce highlights both with her and on the football field with the Kansas City Chiefs given the lyrics in two songs — The Alchemy and So High School — that are almost undoubtedly about him.

If you woke up extremely early on Friday morning to listen to Taylor Swift’s new album, The Tortured Poets Department, you found out that she released 15 extra songs to go along with the original track listing.

And you also found out that there were a pair of songs off the album that sounded like they were clearly about her boyfriend, Travis Kelce: So High School and The Alchemy.

Fans have already combed through and found the references, so we’ve collected them in one place. Here’s a look at some of the lyrics that could be Kelce references from those two tracks:

Something a bit subtle, but the two of them have been in a ton of crowds, including at Coachella 2024 recently.

“Are you gonna marry, kiss or kill me? It’s just a game, but really I’m betting on all three for us two” (So High School)

Remember that video people unearthed in which he said he’d kiss Swift in the “Kiss, Marry, Kill” game? Yep.

So High School and The Alchemy sounds like they’re about Travis Kelce.

The talk about Taylor Swift’s newest album, The Tortured Poets Department, was that it would cover her relationships with Joe Alwyn and Matt Healy.

And it did. But the big surprise — beyond the fact that she then dropped 15 (!!) extra surprise songs to go along with it — is that there are almost undoubtedly references to her relationship with Travis Kelce.

There are two songs that fans are zeroing in on: So High School and The Alchemy.

So High School has a lyric — “Are you gonna marry, kiss, or kill me” that refers to Kelce’s old video in which he played that game and said he’d kiss Swift. The Alchemy has football references everywhere: “So when I touch down, Call the amateurs and cut ’em from the team” and “Where’s the trophy? He just comes, running over to me.”

Will Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce go to Coachella 2024 together? Here’s what reports say

Could we see the couple at Coachella this year?

We know that Travis Kelce will join Taylor Swift for her 2024 Eras Tour stops in Europe to some extent, and although they didn’t show up for the iHeartRadio Music Awards or the CMT Music Awards, there’s one thing they’re rumored to do together coming up.

There’s talk that they may show up to Coachella 2024, especially with her pal Lana Del Rey playing.

So … will they go together to take in the festival?

Here’s what’s been reported: US Weekly wrote “Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are preparing to heat up the California desert later this month at Coachella, a source exclusively reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly.

Here’s more:

“They both want to see Lana Del Rey and [Jack Antonoff’s band] Bleachers,” the insider says. (Both Del Rey, 38, and Antonoff, 40, are close friends and collaborators of Swift.)

Then there’s this from the Daily Mail:

DailyMail.com has learned where the power couple will be staying: at the very exclusive The Madison Club in La Quinta, California.

They chose the place because it is members only and not easy to get a membership, either, which will keep Average Joe and Jane looky-loos away.

Swift’s schedule appears to be free. Kelce will be coming off of the live New Heights show on Thursday So … we’ll see!

This would just be the coolest.

Admittedly, this feels like a longshot. But let’s play this out for just a second.

Thursday gives us a treat: after the latest taped episode of the New Heights podcast with Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, we’re getting a bonus edition with the New Heights live show at the University of Cincinnati, although it was moved into Fifth-Third Arena indoors (see below) due to inclement weather.

There have been special guests that we know have been announced like Bengals teammates Joe Burrow and Orlando Brown Jr. But … could Taylor Swift be one of those guests? After all, she’s not on tour at the moment.

For what it’s worth, an article on the university’s site says “don’t count on it.”

So … we’ll see. I highly doubt she would show up to this, but you never know!

The sea foam green tee features six, differently colored boxes — which feel very Taylor Swift-inspired — that have images associated with the Masters.

Travis Kelce is enjoying life with Taylor Swift, as he discussed on the latest New Heights podcast.

Travis Kelce doesn’t seem to mind talking about life with Taylor Swift right now even with all the attention on him and the singer/songwriter.

On the latest edition of the New Heights podcast with his brother Jason Kelce, they hosted rapper Lil Dicky. It was Jason who brought up Swift fans — Swifties, as they’re called — and Lil Dicky asked how they were dealing with all the new attention.

“I’m having a blast in life, baby. Just flying high, enjoying it all,” Travis replied. “Bringing new lives to the football world, opening the football world to new things.”

Lil Dicky added that their relationship is like high school, with the best musician meeting the best athlete and they fell in love. “Anyone who hates on it is, like, a bitter loser,” the rapper added.

“I don’t know how I did it, because she wasn’t into sports,” Travis added, before they joked about knowing full well how he did it — by speaking it into existence.
