UGA football drops hype video for Kentucky game

The Georgia Bulldogs are ready for another SEC road game. Georgia has dropped a hype video for the Kentucky Wildcats game.

The Georgia Bulldogs have dropped a hype video to get Dawg fans fired up for the Kentucky game. Georgia (10-0, 7-0) enters the game having already clinched the SEC East. The Bulldogs have more to play for than winning the SEC East, however. Georgia is looking to finish the regular season undefeated for a second consecutive season.

Kentucky (6-4, 3-4) has had a disappointing season. The Wildcats have a lot of talent and entered the season with high expectations. Unfortunately for Kentucky, the Wildcats’ best win came against Florida or Mississippi State. Kentucky lost to Vanderbilt last week in the Commodores’ first SEC win since 2019.

Former Georgia kicker Rodrigo Blankenship, who hit a game-winning field goal against Kentucky in 2016, narrates a video to get Georgia Bulldog fans excited to play Kentucky. Georgia fans have traveled well the past couple of seasons!

The Georgia has won 12 straight games against Kentucky. The Wildcats have a physical team and are lead by running back Chris Rodriguez. Kentucky quarterback Will Levis is projected to be a early selection in the 2023 NFL draft.

Can Stetson Bennett and company win on the road in the SEC? We’ll find out on Saturday!

Georgia-Kentucky football series history

Let’s take a look at the series history between the Georgia Bulldogs and Kentucky Wildcats.

The Georgia Bulldogs have won 12 consecutive football games over the Kentucky Wildcats. Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops has done an excellent job with the Wildcats’ program, however, Kentucky has not been able to get over the hump against Georgia.

The Wildcats will look to change the tide in the series in their biggest home game of the season. This season, Kentucky has big wins over Florida and Mississippi State and is capable of beating any team. Kentucky quarterback Will Levis is expected to be one of the top quarterbacks selected in the 2023 NFL draft. The Wildcats need a big day out of Levis to compete with Georgia.

Let’s take a look at the series history between Georgia and Kentucky.

TV, commentators set for Georgia at Kentucky

The Georgia-Kentucky game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. EDT on Nov. 19

The Georgia Bulldogs travel to Lexington, Kentucky, to play the Kentucky Wildcats in Georgia’s final true road game of the 2022 college football season.

Georgia (10-0, 7-0) enters the contest having already clinched the SEC East. The Bulldogs have bigger goals in mind than winning the SEC East and have to win against Kentucky to avoid having a must-win SEC championship game against LSU.

The Georgia-Kentucky game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. EDT on Nov. 19 and will be televised on CBS. The CBS commentator crew for the game is Brad Nessler (play-by-play), Gary Danielson (analyst) and Jenny Dell (sideline reporter).

Georgia defensive lineman Jalen Carter and Kentucky Wildcats quarterback Will Levis are both expected to be high picks in the 2023 NFL draft. Joshua L Jones/ Online Athens

Game time, TV set for Georgia-Kentucky

The Georgia Bulldogs travel to play at Kentucky on Nov. 19. When and where will the SEC East game be televised?

The Georgia Bulldogs (9-0, 6-0) travel to face Kentucky on Nov. 19. The Wildcats (6-3, 3-3) came into the season with high expectations, but have lost critical games.

Kentucky has a great deal of talent, including projected first-round pick quarterback Will Levis, and it is capable of beating anybody in the country. Georgia’s past few games against Kentucky have been physical slugfests.

The Georgia-Kentucky game will be televised on CBS and will have a 3:30 p.m. EDT kickoff.

The SEC’s Week 12 football schedule is a little underwhelming. Six of the conference’s 14 teams play teams outside of the Power Five ahead of the final week of the season. The schedule features Tennessee at South Carolina, Ole Miss at Arkansas and Florida at Vanderbilt.

Tennessee will need to beat South Carolina to keep its College Football Playoff hopes alive.

Georgia could have the SEC East wrapped up heading into the Kentucky game. The Bulldogs can clinch the division with a win at Mississippi State.

An early look at Texas-West Virginia and this week’s biggest games

Previewing the top games of Week 5, including Texas-West Virginia.

The Texas Longhorns are in search of a bounce back win this week following Saturday’s road loss to Texas Tech. Their problems are fixable, but now Texas must realize they can lose on any given Saturday and prepare accordingly.

Steve Sarkisian and company went with Hudson Card at quarterback last week, assuming they would be able to overwhelm the Red Raiders with talent disparity. While Card did not lose the game for Texas, the Longhorns clearly could have used a boost at quarterback.

One would imagine Ewers would earn the start this week, especially given the possibility of rust in his first game back. The Longhorns’ next opponent after West Virginia is looking for a bounce back win of their own.

The Oklahoma Sooners fell to the Kansas State Wildcats in Week 4. The Wildcats put up 41 points on the road after losing 17-10 to Tulane at home.

Let’s look at an early preview of this weekend’s best games.
