Emmanuel Flowers came to Michigan State from Chino Hills, California, in the 2017 recruiting class. The Spartans beat out the UCLA Bruins to gain the late signing day commitment from Flowers. He has been a member of the Spartans program for the last 5 seasons before deciding to transfer. Flowers has made the decision that he will be transferring to Samford University, an FCS school in the Southern Conference.
