With multiple pass catchers nursing injuries, the Ravens added two wide receivers to the practice squad Tuesday who were with them during training camp and the preseason.

Tarik Black and Dontay Demus Jr. were signed, adding depth to a position after Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) did not play in Sunday’s loss to the Colts and Rashod Bateman (hamstring) could not finish the game.

Tylan Wallace was placed on injured reserve Monday after suffering a hamstring injury against Indianapolis.

To make room on the practice squad for Black and Demus, the Ravens released offensive guard Kyle Fuller and tight end/fullback Ben Mason.

Ravens’ roster bubble: Each undrafted free agents chances of making 53-man roster

Baltimore #Ravens roster bubble: We’re looking at each undrafted free agents chances of making 53-man roster via @Thacover2NFL

After April’s NFL draft, Baltimore added 18 undrafted free agents to the roster.

With one week of the preseason remaining, the Ravens currently have 14 undrafted free agents on the roster, with three or four who’ve made highlight plays, and have a solid chance to make the 53-man roster.

After two joint practices earlier last week, the Ravens and Commanders will close out the second week of the NFL preseason with an intriguing matchup at FedEx Field.

Monday night’s contest could be a physical, hard-hitting affair after the practice sessions were marred by Washington rookie cornerback Emmanuel Forbes and Baltimore wide receiver Tylan Wallace exchanging punches.

With kickoff now five hours away, we’re looking at which undrafted free agents have the best shot at making the 53-man roster.

Connect the dots: Chargers’ coaching staff links to 2023 NFL draft prospects

These Chargers coaches have directly coached or recruited at least one 2023 prospect.

As the NFL continues to hire assistant coaches from the college ranks, familiarity with prospects is at an all-time high.

Some coaches and front office members just have schools they like: general manager Tom Telesco favors Notre Dame, head coach Brandon Staley likes Georgia, etc.

But other members of the Chargers staff have experience with a number of prospects in this year’s class, and connections could drive a potential selection in April’s draft.

Top three draft-eligible Big Ten wide receivers

Top three draft-eligible Big Ten wide receivers #GoBucks #BigTen

It is never too early to talk about the NFL draft and one of the most polarizing and fun positions to discuss is the wide receiver position. It has never been more fun to talk wide receivers as an Ohio State fan with three former Buckeyes getting drafted in the first round in the most recent NFL Draft in Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, and Jameson Williams.

It is pretty clear that not only is Jaxon Smith-Njigba going to be at the top of this list, but he is the cream of the entire draft class crop. I honestly expect another Ohio State receiver to emerge and rise up draft boards, but that is another discussion for another day. The following are the top three draft-eligible receivers in the Big Ten for 2022.

The Big Ten’s top five wide receivers heading into 2021

Are Garrett Wilson and Chris Olave the best the Big Ten has to offer?

The college football season will be kicking off in less than a month and we have been progressing through our top five positional rankings. We have already completed the quarterbacks and the running backs. Today we are diving into the best the Big Ten can offer at wide receiver.

As expected, this list will feature multiple Ohio State Buckeyes at the top of the list. The Big Ten has a number of top-tier wide receivers and multiple should hear their name called early in the 2022 NFL draft. Below is our breakdown of the top five.

Will the list be the same after the season? Only time will tell and there are usually some surprises. Still, here’s where things stand prior to the season.
