Finally taking advantage of a big stop defensively after wasting two Carson Wentz interceptions, quarterback Deshaun Watson connected with wide receiver Amari Cooper for a Cleveland touchdown. This was the first catch for Cooper on the afternoon as he picked up a massive chunk after the catch to house an intermediate throw.

Can the Browns continue to get after Wentz and force another turnover? Can the offense continue to show signs of life in the second half? The Browns are 24 minutes from their seventh win of the season in this one.

The Cleveland Browns have already placed their fifth linebacker on Injured Reserve this week in Jordan Kunaszyk, and now they may be down another as Tony Fields II has entered the medical tent against the Washington Commanders with a potential shoulder injury. They have not announced any status on Fields at this point.

Despite a long drive, the Browns have been able to get a couple of takeaways from Carson Wentz as both Denzel Ward and Grant Delpit have interceptions this afternoon. Losing another linebacker in Fields, however, would be a big blow for their unit with 25 minutes left to play.

The Cleveland Browns have now intercepted Carson Wentz for the second time as Grant Delpit has come away with the pick. First, it was Denzel Ward who picked Wentz off, and now the Delpit gives the Browns their second turnover against the Commanders.

Delpit has come along quite nicely for the Browns over the back half of the season and has earned his keep in Cleveland. Some overhaul is needed on the defensive side of the football, but Delpit is here to stay as he has proven capable against the run and the pass for the Browns. The Browns currently lead 3-0 in the second quarter.

The Browns have just one player with an injury designation.

The Cleveland Browns will enter their matchup with the Washington Commanders at near-full healthy as they only have one player with an injury designation. After missing last week with a concussion and part of this week with an illness, defensive end Jadeveon Clowney is listed as questionable. Despite missing two practices this week, left tackle Jedrick Wills was not given an injury designation.

The Commanders will be without offensive lineman Saadiq Charles, running back Antonio Gibson, and defensive end James Smith-Williams on Sunday. Safeties Percy Butler and Kam Curl are questionable, along with cornerbacks Benjamin St-Juste and Christian Holmes as Carson Wentz and the Commanders prepare for the Browns.

While defensive end Jadeveon Clowney returned to practice, the Browns now may be without left tackle Jedrick Wills as he missed practice.
