I would lean to the “no,” but with Chelsea having given up 4 to Arsenal in Wednesday’s match, I can’t trust it enough to keep West Ham off the board.

Yet, Chelsea still has allowed just the 3rd-fewest goals in the EPL. For that reason, I’d prefer to just play the total.

These teams are more evenly matched than the first leg showed, and Chelsea is going to be playing with some extra motivation on the brink of elimination.

While Chelsea did have 20 shots, it totaled just 5 on target with Real having 5 as well with just 8 shots. Possession was a 57/43 split favoring Chelsea. Chelsea was coming off a tough 4-1 loss to Brentford in EPL action.

This time, the confidence is a bit different, having thrashed Southampton. Chelsea F Romelu Lukaku is expected to miss the game, putting more on Havertz, who has played excellently as of late.

Chelsea should bring the motivation, while Real, which crushed PSG at home to send it packing in the second leg, will have the fans’ support.

LOSC has notched 24 league points in 14 home games this season which compares well to its 19 league points in 14 road matches.

It should put up an effort worthy of a draw with its back against the wall, and it seems like a bet worthy of consideration given how well they played Chelsea in the first leg.

However, Chelsea will be without D Ben Chilwell and M Reece James, who are both listed as “out,” per whoscored.com. Plus, D César Azpilicueta is listed as doubtful. Meanwhile, Lille’s 21-year-old M Angel Gomes is also listed as doubtful.

Lille sits 11th in the PSG-led Ligue 1. It has scored 32 goals and allowed 35 in 32 matches this season. Lille won Group G against a quartet of teams, none of which were among the top in any major European league.

PASS. Chelsea is too pricey at -340. Even down many key attackers and likely also without F Mason Mount, Chelsea isn’t worth laying anything on with this price tag.

I do like BOTH TEAMS NOT TO SCORE at -190 even though it’s a tad expensive.

Lille scored just 7 goals in 6 games against weak Group G competition. Lille also has struggled lately, scoring just 2 goals in its last 4 Ligue 1 competitions.

Chelsea allowed just 4 goals in 6 games and has been equally as good in EPL play this season.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET UNDER 2.5 (-105).

This is the best bet in the match. Chelsea is likely without James and Mount, two key transitionary players.

Whoscored.com noted that F Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea’s star 9, could also “be dropped” after just 7 touches in 90 minutes against Palace.

If he’s out, F Timo Werner or F Christian Pulisic will likely get the nod. Neither are quite the threat that Lukaku is and would hurt Chelsea’s attack.

Chelsea had just 1 goal Sunday and have had its last 6 matches against EPL sides go Under 2.5 goals.

With Lille a capable opponent, this should mirror a more competitive match for Chelsea, which it has had trouble scoring in. Given Chelsea’s defensive prowess, the Under is a strong play here.

With a top-five defense in the EPL, they should be able to limit a Tottenham side that will be down a key attacker, Son Heung-Min. Five of Chelsea’s last six home matches ended in a draw.

Tottenham is undefeated in its last nine games.

Playing top-tier competition closely, a slate of games that include a 1-0 season-opening win over the EPL-leading Man City, the Hotspur have managed to keep big-time games winnable.

PASS on the money line. Tottenham has been playing well enough to not love Chelsea (-125).

Chelsea’s last four EPL matches — two against Brighton, one against Man City and the other against Liverpool — resulted in three draws and a loss. The Blues are the more talented side, but I wouldn’t back them at current odds.

The draw is my favorite bet on the money line as Tottenham is 1-1-1 against the EPL’s top three teams. The Hotspur lost to Chelsea 3-0 earlier in the season, so they’ll have that on their mind as well.

That said, I do like BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE? YES (-117). It’s hit in two of the last three games for Tottenham and three of the last four games for Chelsea.

I back both teams to get on the board over a money line value.

Over/Under (O/U)

“LEAN” to the UNDER 2.5 (-122).

I know it’s a small window for the 1-1 as it is the only way both my “bets” hit, but both teams have been too good defensively to allow 3 or 4 goals.

Tottenham has allowed 22 goals in 19 games. Chelsea, on the other hand, has allowed 18 goals in 23 games; however, Chelsea hasn’t played up to its level as of late which is why it has dropped from that top spot on the table.

I like both teams to have some success offensively, especially given the star power of Lukaku and F Harry Kane, but the defensive aptitude on both sides of the pitch will also be there.

Considering the forms both teams are in, I think a 1-1 draw is the most likely outcome.

For City, John Stones and Phil Foden are both doubtful. Foden started the first match between these two teams. At Chelsea, Man City won on a 53rd-minute goal by Gabriel Jesus.

City drew Liverpool earlier this season as well, so they’re 1-0-1 against two of the league’s top-three teams. As for Chelsea, they dropped their game to City but drew Liverpool as well.

Chelsea and City rank No. 3 and No. 1, respectively, in opponents’ goal allowed. Similarly, in a combined 42 goals, the two sides have netted a combined 98 goals. Chelsea will be without key M Reece James and D Ben Chilwell.

“LEAN” to a DRAW +295.

Man City may have gotten the better of Chelsea the first time around, but it was by a narrow one-goal margin.

These two teams are closely matched with Chelsea being one of the lone clubs with a capable enough midfield to keep pace with City. Chelsea has drawn four straight EPL matches, including one against Liverpool. They’ve also won their last 3 times taking the pitch, all non-EPL games.

As for City, they’re coming off a 2-1 win over Arsenal, a game in which they were down 1-0 and then scored two following an Arsenal red card.

While they have a high-profile attack, I trust the Chelsea defense to limit them, holding a loaded City offense to just four shots on goal their first time around.

With that in mind, I’d play the DRAW +295, if anything, on the money line.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the UNDER 2.5 (+105).

This is my favorite bet of the game. In many of these big-time matchups (games between two of the EPL’s clearly top-three teams), goals seem to be at a premium.

While Liverpool has the best attack in the EPL, neither Chelsea or City are quite at that level. City’s strength is in their midfield while Chelsea is balanced yet not overly lethal anywhere. I expect a slugfest, much like it was the first time these two clubs met.

In 3 of the last 4 times these two teams have met, only 1 goal has been scored. Under 2.5 is a strong bet as two of the league’s best defenses will take the pitch.
