RGIII believes Texas RB Bijan Robinson is the ‘best player in the draft’

Robert Griffin III gave high praise to Texas running back Bijan Robinson ahead of the NFL Draft.

Former Heisman Trophy winner and current NFL analyst Robert Griffin III gave high praise to Texas running back Bijan Robinson ahead of the NFL Draft.

Griffin deemed the Texas star as the best overall player in the NFL Draft.

Robinson ran for over 3,400 yards and scored 41 touchdowns in his three seasons at Texas. He took home the 2022 Doak Walker Award, given to the nation’s top running back each year. Robinson’s elite mix of strength and quickness makes him a future franchise running back at the next level.

It is rare in today’s game for a running back to get taken in the first round, but many NFL scouts see Robinson as a player worthy of a high pick. Mock drafts have Robinson getting picked anywhere from the top 10 to the late first round.
