Rookie Wire took a look at the NBA through the All-Star break and ranked each team from worst to first.

The stars of the NBA showed out over the weekend as the league converged on Salt Lake City for the 72nd All-Star Game and related festivities in Utah.

The break serves as the unofficial halfway point of the season as teams solidify themselves on the court ahead of the postseason. Much of the league is still in contention for the play-in race; only four teams seem out of the running.
