Georgia among top schools for South Carolina’s top recruit

The Georgia Bulldogs are among the top schools for 4-star OT Monroe Freeling.

The Georgia Bulldogs are among the top schools for the highest-ranked recruit in South Carolina. Monroe Freeling is a tall, lengthy four-star offensive tackle from Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, which is just outside of Charleston.

Freeling plays high school football for Oceanside Collegiate Academy. The 6-foot-7, 285-pound offensive tackle recruit is a member of the class of 2023. Freeling is a key in-state target for both Clemson and South Carolina.

The four-star offensive tackle considers his top seven schools to be Clemson, Michigan, Georgia, Ohio State, Miami, Notre Dame, and Florida. Monroe Freeling is the No. 10 offensive tackle prospect in the class of 2023 and is rated as the No. 80 recruit.

Monroe Freeling will continue adding to his significant frame before he looks to play college football in 2023. Freeling has taken recent visits to Miami, Clemson, Georgia, UNC, and Notre Dame.
