The Texas Longhorns are likely to have at least five players selected in the 2023 NFL Draft.
It’s quite an improvement over the year prior, where Texas did not have a single player selected. The Longhorns are also home to arguably the top overall prospect in this draft class in running back Bijan Robinson.
Robinson could become the first Texas player drafted in the first round since defensive tackle Malcom Brown in 2015. On the offensive side, quarterback Vince Young was the last Longhorn drafted in the first round (2006).
Roschon Johnson, Keondre Coburn, DeMarvion Overshown, and Moro Ojomo were each invited to the NFL Combine and are likely to be drafted within the seven rounds as well.
Here’s a look at where ESPN’s Jordan Reid has the former Texas stars landing in his updated seven-round mock draft.
