Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis and other rookie signal-callers had lunch with future Hall of Famer Tom Brady on Thursday in which Brady doled out some advice for the players.

The lunch was hosted by Fanatics and included the Carolina Panthers’ Bryce Young, the Indianapolis Colts’ Anthony Richardson and the Houston Texans’ C.J. Stroud.

Thanks to Peter Schrager of NFL Network, we did get a clip of Brady speaking to the group. Here’s some of what he had to say to the young quarterbacks:

“Going in the second round, in the end, that’s not really that big of a deal,” Brady said. “Going first overall, in the end, it’s not a big deal. It’s great, you got an opportunity, you’re probably going to be paid more than anyone for a time period, but I was drafted 199 and I just outlasted everybody.”

“There’s another me back there, right? So, how do I keep my edge on everybody? I had to keep working,” Brady added. “I didn’t go, ‘hey, I’m good, right? I won three Super Bowls, I’m good.'”

After the lunch, Levis tweeted, “A career’s worth of advice in a couple of hours. Can’t thank you and everyone else involved enough!”

WATCH: Compilation of Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes’ best plays from 2022

The NFL took some time to appreciate #Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes’ 2022 season on Wednesday. | from @TheJohnDillon

The NFL took time to appreciate Patrick Mahomes’ best plays from the Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl campaign in a compilation video posted to Twitter on Wednesday.

In their showcase of the top 20 highlights from Mahomes’ MVP campaign, perhaps the most perplexing aspect of the video, besides the quarterback’s otherworldly skills, was the league’s inability to add his Week 13 touchdown pass to Jerick McKinnon against the Denver Broncos, which was among the best plays of his career.

Though the oversight by the NFL on that play, in particular, was egregious, the sheer number of incredible passes that Mahomes accumulated over the course of the 2022 season clearly made cutting the list down to just 20 plays a difficult proposition.

With some luck and a little bit of help from second-round pick Rashee Rice next season, Mahomes could manage to outdo himself in 2023 and give the league even more hard choices next season when they commemorate his accomplishments.

WATCH: Head coach Todd Bowles walks the stage after graduating college

The Bucs HC finally got his degree at Mount St. Mary’s 37 years after leaving Temple to play in the NFL.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach [autotag]Todd Bowles[/autotag] wasn’t at rookie minicamp on Saturday, but he had a good reason for missing it.

Bowles officially got his college degree on Saturday, and he walked across the stage at Mount St. Mary’s in Emmitsburg, Maryland, to earn it after beginning classes again in 2020. Bowles made a promise to his mother that he would graduate when he left Temple to play in the NFL 37 years ago, and he finally fulfilled that wish on Saturday.

Check out the video of him walking across the stage and getting his degree above.

Tennessee Titans rookie minicamp: Highlights from Day 2

A look at some highlights from Day 2 of Titans rookie minicamp.

The Tennessee Titans were back on the practice field for Day 2 of rookie minicamp on Saturday. The team will hold one more session on Sunday before turning its attention to organized team activities on May 22.

The Titans have a total of 48 players in attendance at rookie minicamp, with six draft picks, 14 undrafted free agents and 21 invites all taking part this weekend.

It appears the Titans will have a 15th undrafted free agent in attendance for the final day, as Georgia wide receiver Kearis Jackson was spotted but didn’t take part, per multiple reporters.

Now, a look at some of the highlights from the Day 2 of Titans rookie minicamp.

Watch: Titans draft picks go through 1st day of rookie minicamp

The Titans shared a video showing the draft picks going through Day 1 of rookie minicamp.

The Tennessee Titans kicked off their rookie minicamp on Friday, a three-day event that features a slew of first-year players, including the team’s most recent draft picks and undrafted free-agent signings.

Unfortunately, there aren’t many clips out there showing highlights from the first day, but we did get to see a few passes from second-round pick and quarterback Will Levis, which you can check out here.

The Titans did provide a video showing their six picks arriving at the facility and going through their first day of rookie minicamp, which included contracts being signed, fittings for helmets, and more. Take a look:

Speaking of contracts, the Titans have three draft picks who remain unsigned: Levis, offensive lineman Peter Skoronski and running back Tyjae Spears.

Tennessee recently agreed to terms with all of their Day 3 picks, tight end Josh Whyle, offensive tackle Jaelyn Duncan and wide receiver Colton Dowell. The Titans also inked 14 undrafted free agents.

Ranking all 32 NFL team 2023 schedule release videos

Who had the best schedule release video and who fell flat? We ranked all 32 NFL teams to find out.

The NFL schedules were finally revealed for the 2023 season on Thursday evening for all 32 teams. The dates, times, and locations have been solidified so that fans can finally make plans to watch their favorite teams in action.

The schedule release itself is exciting, but in recent years, the way schedules are released has become a holiday of its own. NFL teams have embraced different creative approaches to announcing the news to try and stand out from the rest of the league. It’s taken on a life of its own and now every team has some sort of exciting reveal in the form of a video.

But which teams stood out from the rest? Which ones fell flat? We decided to rank all 32 team schedule release videos to find out the answer.

Bears cook up a masterpiece with their 2023 schedule reveal

The Bears created a dish that belongs in a Michelin Star restaurant with their 2023 schedule reveal.

The Chicago Bears 2023 schedule has finally been released and with it, a fun video to go along with the reveal. Over the last few years, NFL teams have embraced the schedule reveals with engaging videos on social media. The Bears have been no different, but their videos haven’t exactly been up to par with other NFL teams. That wasn’t the case this year, though.

The Bears parodied the hit FX television show “The Bear” which is based in Chicago to unveil their schedule. With the help of current and former players, as well as celebrities to star in the video, the Bears created a dish that belongs in a Michelin Star restaurant.

Orlando Brown Jr. keeps Cincinnati Mayor in line for Chiefs-Bengals game announcement

The #Bengals enlisted the help of former #Chiefs LT Orlando Brown Jr. to keep “Mayor Jabroni” in line for the AFC title game rematch announcement.

In one of the strangest bits of the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Cincinnati Bengals rivalry last season, Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval made a cringe-worthy video that was a big talking point ahead of the AFC Championship Game.

During the Lamar Hunt Trophy presentation, Chiefs TE Travis Kelce delivered an iconic verbal beatdown of the public servant.

“I’ve got some wise words for that Cincinnati Mayor,” Kelce said. “Know your role and shut your mouth, you jabroni.”

Well, now it seems the Bengals are making a bit of fun of the Mayor’s misstep.

To announce their 2023 NFL season rematch with Kansas City (learn more about the game here), Cincinnati enlisted the help of ex-Chief and new Bengals LT Orlando Brown Jr. to keep Pureval in line. Check it out:

“The Bengals play the Chiefs Week 17. . . and I’ve got nothing else to add,” Pureval says.

“Yeah, I think that was better than the last time,” Brown Jr. declares.

It’s safe to say that the Mayor knew his role this time around. The whole interaction between Pureval and Brown Jr. had a very “Parks and Rec” vibe if you ask me.

I think the bulletin board material will be kept at a minimum early on between these two clubs. As we inch closer to their matchup on New Year’s Eve, that could certainly change.

Despite Seattle’s impressive draft, K.J. Wright says Niners are still the best team in NFC West

USA TODAY Sports sits down with former Seahawks defensive player K.J. Wright to discuss the NFC West next season.

Although K.J. Wright spent the majority of his standout career with the Seahawks, he’s not taking them over the Niners this upcoming season.

Wright recently joined USA Today Sports’ Mackenzie Salmon to talk about the NFC West and said supremacy there belongs to San Francisco.

“The 49ers are phenomenal,” said Wright. “These guys play fast, they play physical, they hit you, get the ball. This defense looks phenomenal.”

Still, he thinks his old club, which surprisingly posted a 9-8 record in 2022, is “making strides.”

When asked about the team’s 71-year-old head coach Pete Carroll, Wright smiled and announced that his former coach is “getting up there (in age)” and “his window is closing.”

Still, Wright sees a strong desire in Carroll, but also reiterated that “the clock is ticking.”

Listen to all of Wright’s thoughts on the ‘hawks by clicking on the video above.

Don’t fret, though. We’ve got you covered with a video at the top of the page.

“Ladies and gentlemen, the city of Louisville, the commonwealth of Kentucky and sports fans worldwide have been waiting for this moment,” Mahomes said. “Riders up!”
