The Philadelphia 76ers made their big move. They moved Ben Simmons away to the Brooklyn Nets to acquire James Harden and they will look to continue to grow a championship team around Harden and Joel Embiid as they move forward.
The trade does not come without risk as the Sixers moved their best shooter in the form of Seth Curry as well as their backup big man in Andre Drummond to the Nets in this deal. However, they were able to now bring in a superstar perimeter player to team up with Embiid and Tobias Harris in order to try and get the job done moving forward.
