When the New Orleans Saints signed Dez Bryant over a year ago it was clear they were looking for a big-time wide receiver to play opposite of Michael Thomas. Johnson would join former teammate Lil’Jordan Humphrey with the Saints.
Johnson gives the team another red zone threat that they can utilize. Scoring wasn’t exactly a problem for the league’s third best scoring team but their red zone percentage was only 12th in the NFL. With the catch radius of Johnson, all the Saints need to do is get the ball near him and he likely brings that ranking up in 2020.
