No excuses for Josh
McDermott was asked about his quarterback, Josh Allen. A shocker for fans, surely. But seriously, many are expecting in Year 3 of his career that Allen will take, or needs to take, a step forward. Many are hopeful since he did that last season, others are skeptical. But what does McDermott expect? While dusting off that famous coach-speak of his, McDermott did, in a way, so no excuses. The new motto is “find a way” this offseason and he mentioned it when asked about Allen.
“Our theme this offseason has been find a way. And I think that really, it really fits the time and the situation and circumstances we’re in,” McDermott said.
