Texas wide receiver Devin Duvernay is hoping to fulfill a lifelong dream of being selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.
He isn’t much of a vocal teammate, but the way he carries himself and leads by example speaks volumes. Duvernay quietly had one of the best individual seasons in Texas history as a senior. His numbers were suitable for the nation’s highest honors, although he was snubbed from any major postseason awards.
As he prepares to leave Austin to begin his professional career, Duvernay reflected on the legacy he hopes to leave behind at Texas. He narrated a short highlight video released by the Texas football Twitter account on Friday.

Duvernay wouldn’t trade his experience at Texas for anything. He wants to be remembered as a hard worker, someone who takes pride in leading by actions rather than words.
His unique attributes can be utilized by numerous teams in the National Football League. There’s no doubt that the speedy, consistent, strong-handed playmaker will excel at the next level.
