Twitter reacts: 4-star CB Marquis Groves-Killebrew picks Georgia

Twitter reacts as Georgia football picks up a commitment from 4-star 2022 CB Marquis Groves-Killebrew

2022 4-star cornerback Marquis Groves-Killebrew (Snellville, Georgia / Brookwood High School) committed to UGA on Wednesday night.

Groves-Killebrew ranks as the nation’s No. 64 overall prospect (per 247Sports) in the class of 2022 and is Georgia’s first commit in the class.

The 6-foot-0, 180 pound corner chose the Dawgs over Michigan, Oregon, Ohio State, Florida, Auburn, Texas and Oklahoma. He currently holds over 30 scholarship offers with more certainly on the way.

This came one day after Georgia landed Chaz Chambliss, a 4-star outside linebacker in the class of 2021.

Here’s how Twitter reacted to the news on Wednesday.

It all starts with the classic “Go Dawgs” from head coach Kirby Smart.
