Texas offers 2021 four star quarterback

Texas has offered 2021 QB Sawyer Robertson out of Coronado High School. Listed as a four-star QB, Robertson would join a busy QB room.

Texas has offered 2021 quarterback Sawyer Robertson out of Coronado High School in Lubbock, TX. Currently rated a four-star prospect on 247sports.com, Robertson is the tenth highest pocket passer QB in the 2021 class.

The Longhorns are his tenth offer, receiving them from Power 5 schools like Louisville, Mississippi State, Washington State, and Wisconsin. Other local Texas schools like SMU, North Texas, and Texas State have also offered Robertson.

While 2020 will be a full quarterback room with Sam Ehlinger, Casey Thompson, Roschon Johnson, and Hudson Card, 2021 will be an open battle for the role of starter.

A quarterback has already committed to Texas in the 2021 class, with Jalen Milroe verbally committing in July. If Robertson were to join Milroe in the class, it would be even busier in the quarterback room than it will be next season.
