Following the exits of Quinn Ewers and Phaizon Wilson, all eyes are on the fourth-year head coach. He faces his toughest challenge of the season with Oklahoma State. Putting the team they will play aside for a second, Herman needs to quiet the noise around this team. Everywhere you turn another story is being published about the issues with recruiting, the losses, what is going on behind the scenes, etc.

It is really difficult to ignore all of it, especially in the age of social media where fans and players alike interact. The old adage is winning cures all, and we will find out if that is actually true. Not everyone believes winning on Saturday can really cure what ails this football team.
