2009 – Texas vs. Nebraska
Although this was a low-scoring game, Texas won the 2009 Big 12 Championship by defeating the Nebraska Cornhuskers 13-12.

With a bid to the National Championship Game on the line, Texas was rewarded one final play in the game with seconds left on the clock after a controversial review. Texas then kicked the game-winning field goal.
Quarterback Colt McCoy unfortunately suffered an injury in the National Championship Game against Alabama, but Texas would have never been there if it weren’t for this wild ending.
